The staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very good. You can find at any time of the day or the night the staff to help you. It's a very nice hotel in a good location. Sure I will come back if needed.

Great staff, friendly and helpful

The hotel is in a state of disrepair. Clean on the surface, but you can see cracks on walls or tiles, years of dust gathered on the extracte fans, the heater on the room didn't work so they offered me another room (really appreciate it) and in this new room the bathroom light didn't work. Overall decent value for money, but I wouldn't consider it 4 stars

The toilet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The toilet seat was yellow and if you looked lower at the wc, you could see it hasn’t been cleaned there in forever. I think that no matter the stars of a hotel, the cleaning should always be of good quality, even if they don’t have tons of facilities. It was disappointing. Never coming back again.

The staff were awesome any problems we had they sorted out which made the stay far more pleasant!.

Room was a bit tatty, dopr handle on room 110 was falling off and the door to the shower had bad water damage. Also the beds were very spongy and we both struggled to sleep.

The reception lady seemed very keen to answer my questions. Nice person, smiling, but still not very professional.

All the furniture/doors, equipment is outdated and needs to be renewed. The bathrooms are old and there are water leaks. The cleanliness was poor. The rooms are not soundproof, so you ca hear not only the car passing on the nearby road, but also everything your "neighbour" is watching at TV. There is a sort of outdoor terrace just at the entrance in the hotel, there were some people drinking beer on the stairs...it was like a "workers" hostel when i arrived...
