Arnia Hotel is adequately and conveniently located very close to the centre, in a quiet neighbourhood, close to a large supermarket, pharmacies, cafes, train station. It has its own restaurant, but you’re ever so close to other options as well. The room size exceeds standard hotel rooms. The hotel is clearly recently built with modern finishes, in good taste. We enjoyed the cleanliness, good quality door with secure card key lock, politeness and helpfulness of staff, the hotel’s location and its proximity to the centre. We’d certainly go back.

Parking: it was a bit difficult to park the car on site. Reception / policy: i was not given an explanation of why you don't acceot 3 adults in a duplex room, yet you do acceot 3 adults in a regular room. I appreciated very much the Management's intention of making the switch - unfortunately i saw the message too late. What i would advise on is a bit more openess to your guest. Providing an explanation to a question will go a long way in having a guest understanding your rules instead of leaving them with the impression that your staff is not interested in being open to them. Otherwise, no complaints.

Lovely suite, clean and cozy. Comfy beds and armchair and second toilet a nice bonus. We loved our rooms. Everything was as expected and we do recommend. Nice restaurant and terrace. Convenient location even if the view is rather lacking.

At restaurant food was mediocre. The terrace has nice furniture but a rather poor view so some flowers and plants are required to make a difference. The hotel employees do their job very efficient, but they have yet to learn how to smile more and how to be more welcoming.

This stay was basically perfect. Great room and a lot of options for breakfast. Very helpful staff.

While they had "everything" at the breakfast, a lot of the food was a bit tasteless. There were no information about how to send clothes to laundry, and I didn't get time to figure it out. They had information in the room about all other extra services, but not this for some reason.

The stuff was great, all was clean and on the best side of staying there.

For me probably Arnia will became the replacement option for Unirea Hotel as the price is better and they offer newer and better rooms. For parking, just across the street it's a Carrefour market so there are options. For the coffee you can use the self-service machine but also they offer you the one from the bar coffee machine.

The location is not as central as Unirea Hotel and also the breakfast options are much behind what you get in Unirea. But they win by far at coffee chapter.

The hotel was very modern and clean. Regarding this, I cannot say a word. The room also had a hair dryer in case you need it. Spacious and comfortable bed. Quiet nights. The AC was there too, a big bath, including soap, shower gel and shampoo. I liked breakfast too even though don’t expect any miracles. Every day it is the same but if you are not too picky you will be okay (sausages, eggs, vegetables, hams, cheeses, small sweet pastry, coffee, juice, müsli). The hotel is open 24/7 so no need to worry. Located right in front of a big supermarket.

The staff (receptionists and waitresses) were very cold. I cannot say they were not helpful but they did not say hello even once, no smile, I felt like I bothered them even though I was smiling. The location is good from the train station but if you want to go to the city center, it is around 15-20 minutes walking, depends where you need to go. The hot water did not work properly in general (it was very difficult to regulate it), and do not expect hot water after 1am if you come from a bar - you have to wait until morning.

The apartment was large enough to accommodate 2 adults and one or even 2 teenagers. Very good mattress on the bed and extendable sofa. Very good breakfast. Staff was very nice and kept our baggage after check out as we had a later train back home. The air conditioning units worked very well. Definitely very good value for money!

The extra fee of 50 RON for my cousin (another teenager) to sleep in the apartment with us since this is an apartment and we were only 1 adult and 1 teenager, it doesn't make sense to be charged extra. It was not like he needed an extra bed or extra sheets. Also it is a 20 minutes walk to the Cathedral ( Mitropolie)

The hotel is very close to the central station and bus station, also in a walking distance to the city center. There is a big Carrefour supermarket right across the street. The room is big, clean, and has everything you need. All in all, a good choice and worth the stay.
