The hotel staff was nice and helped usbwith what we needed. The rooms were clean and spacious woth a nice view over the river. The hotel restaurant was nice and when it cam time for breakfast it was specious as well.

It seems being a hotel guest does not bing with it some amenities that you would expect and have used at other hotels even other hotel from the same brand. You have to pay for parking and the spa is not included. They could make an option when booking to have them included in the price so youbwould know the actual cost.

One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The room itself was well furnished with lots of seating and storage space. The bathroom was clean and had high-quality toiletries. The view from the room was pleasant as well. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with plenty of choices to choose from. The spa is spacious and has a large swimming pool and two saunas (one dry, one wet). The jacuzzi had hot water, which was a nice touch as opposed to the colder water from the swimming pool. The whole spa experience is very relaxing.

The spa and high-speed internet being an additional cost was weird but not that bad.

Room was palatial. Spotlessly clean, newly refurbished (or very well-maintained). Bed was enormous with crisp sheets and very comfortable. Staff couldn't have been more obliging, bringing us a glass of milk for our daughter in the middle of the night. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of local treats and a wide selection of the usual international fare. Buffet dishes varied day to day. Good location right next to the Nymphea waterpark and 5 minutes from the park and playground in the other direction. Lovely river views and nice armchairs set up overlooking the view.

Costly day rate to use the pool as part of the spa - not viable if you want to do a quick dip each morning. More flexibility here would have been ideal.

Hilton Oradea We were a couple + two teenage boys and a car. The hotel is wonderful 👌 the view is gorgeous. The adjacent lake with the family of beautiful swans was charming. The hotel staff is very attentive and kind. Even when there was a problem with the air conditioner, they immediately changed our room. Outdoor parking close to the hotel at a cost of €10 per day. The hotel is very close to the water park. There is an additional charge for breakfast, so pay attention and take this into account. Dinner can be eaten at the hotel's restaurant. Delicious and wonderful food with kind and smiling staff. We enjoyed our stay with you and thanks to the lovely Brigita who helped us and recommended a wonderful rafting about an hour's drive from the hotel, we had a great time. And thanks the kind staff at the reception and the wonderful DJ with the good music.

People pay a lot of money to stay in a hotel, so the pool can be part of the hotel service. Hilton Hotel, take this into account, it's time to change arrangements for the sake of your guests!

We liked breakfast a lot. Lot of different meals to choose, always fresh, full and tasty. Beds are very comfortable, you can have a good sleep. Nice and spacious bathromm with set of good quality soap and shampoo. All is clean and refreshed everyday. Tv and wifi works good or sometimes average but its possible to make it cable. Room service - excelent food, burger is a must have!

Aircon - didnt work. Even though it was only April we could use it only sometimes. I called reception once, they said they would handle it, but nothing really happened. Next day also asked by the desk, they promissed they would handle but no effect. Well its ok cause later it got colder anyway but summer can be an issue.

Beautiful location with a beautiful view of Oradea. Room was big and really clean. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Spa with swimming pool is recommended.

Swimming pool and Spa are not included and must be paid separately at 80 RON per person per day. Parking not included. Additional 50 RON per night. Upon arrival in the morning at breakfast, a young lady was there the check and ‘greet’ the guests, spoke no English, and after we entered the restaurant room she literally folded her arms over the desk, put her head on her arms to try sleep…??? And this is someone who represents the Hilton?

The Hilton quality is also in Oradea for around 10 years. Thus, very nice hotel with all you need for a perfect stay. Big and comfortable rooms with very good sound isolation. Nice breakfast with more options than most of other hotels around. Most important is the very qualified and kind staff. Quite hard to find so kind persons working in hotels in Romania and many other ex-communist countries.

The only drawback that I found is the extra cost for the pool. I believe that this must be automatically included in the price of the room.

All staff members were very friendly. The hotel room was very comfortable and the beds were large and very comfortable. Compared to our previous stay, the quality of the breakfast improved (quality of the bread was better!)

For the swimming pool you have to pay an additional charge, but booking.com doesn't show how much. 2 years ago the pool was still included in the hotel price.

Very nice and polite staff, good restaurant and bar, clean room and great location.

The AC was not working properly in our room, we've communicate this to the front desk and they assured us that it will be checked out. In the evening, when we came back, the AC was still not working like supposed to, in about 3 hours the temperature was about the same, maybe just 1 degree below. Fortunately, the weather outside was not very hot and with the curtains closed it was ok.
