I like the quality of the bed, and the size of the room, the fact that is quiet, and the breakfast. I like the rooftop restaurant, it's very cute, the food was good also, I recommend Tripe soup, and the octopus.

I dont really like the smell that comes from the bathroom, tho it was clean, there is a smell coming from sewer.We arrived on Sunday the swiming pool and jacuzzi was full , and I don't think it was full of the hotels customers, also it closed at 6 , when one email I received said it will close at 10 and the second email that it will close at 8 pm, then Monday it was closed for maintenance. On Tuesday we got ready went down to the swimming pool and it had a note it will be closed until Thursday, whats the point paying for spa facilities then? Still ill go back to this hotel anytime I'm in Oradea, cuz its very cozy and all staff have a great attitude.

I felt great,, room was perfect on 4th floor. Breakfast was great, I love the mushroom salad.Dinner was amazing on the last floor , in an igloo, makes a very nice atmosphere.

It was 8th of March international women's day so at 3 pm the rooftop restaurant closed because it was fully booked from 5 pm..... 5 pm... means normally you still have at least 1.5 hours to eat, at least a soup, when u check in at 2 pm you don't offer a lunch or dinner option to your customers? Anyway as I always say I still come to this hotel every time I'm in Oradea, cuz I like it, and I do recommend it.

Spa access included in the room price (2 saunas, 1 steam room all of good size, and pool). Good room size and very comfortable beds. Tasty and diverse breakfast with great coffee. Friendly staff. Generous parking lot in the inner courtyard.

The room, spa area, breakfast area were a bit dated and could use a "facelift". Some details do not match 4* status (i..e. very dirty room windows on the outside; no reminder for outside visitors of what a basic spa etiquette is). The location is not necessarily central but I knew that when I booked so not really a minus.

Hotel was fine. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax. We really liked that the pool and sauna area were open until midnight. They have really great massage! Great communication with the hotel. We also really liked the restaurant on the roof where they cooked excellently. We liked the prosecco in the room. Breakfest is good.

I expect more from a 4-star hotel. The bathroom wasn't good.

Very good stay 10 minutes walking distance from city center. The room was big and the beds were comfortable and the spa was open until midnight so we were able to enjoy it despite arriving quite late in the day. Breakfast was really tasty and diverse, had something for everyone. Will come back!

Good location, very clean, spa& wellness facilities working properly, safe during pandemic 😊 and although is big (6floors) and was full during our stay, we did not felt ir crowded, it gives the feeling of intimacy and privacy. Staff is very friendly, polite, makes your stay comfortable like a break from the world's chaos. And the fooood, excellent food at all time: rich, fresh, various food at breakfast, the restaurant offers launch and dinnee meal that are delicious, not to mention rooftop restaurant Enchante which is a delight, especially in the night with all the lights and city view from a comfy warm clear igloo (we stayed late Nov, so it was awesome to dine under the stars inside this heated igloo). Great money value, totally worth it! We are planning to return on Easter.

The only thing I can think about is that the bathroom was sometimes too heated, but it helped drying fast the swimming clothes, so can not complain.

I liked the place , nice pool, the room is big and comfy, big bathroom. Everything is clean, for sure we will come back.

The spa was very nice, and breakfast was also nice. The room, despite having a street view, was quiet. The staff was very nice and helped us with any kind of information. The hotel is not far from the old city, a 15-minute walk.

Big room, friendly staff, great SPA facilities considering the hotel's size. Excellent breakfast, with various options. Location is ok, walk distance of about 17-18 minutes to Piata Unirii.

It was very very warm in the room. We wanted to open the window but it didn't have mosquitos net. We couldn't sleep at all. Our daughter was bitten by mosquitos all over her body. If it was air conditioning, everything would be perfect.
