Staff were very friendly

I emailed the hotel before leaving the uk 🇬🇧 to ask could they send a shuttle for my flight arriving at 11:pm . It said on website the shuttle was available but nobody responded to my email and I had to catch a taxi in the end 😟

Brand new hotel with all amenities needed .Costin, the front desk manager, is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to seeing him soon.Also, the gentleman looking after the breakfast was very nice.

Minor issues were addressed. It's newly opened, so it is normal.

Room, restaurant was great, breakfast, transfer from the airport to the hotel, everything else, except for transfer to the airport.

We have ordered a transfer to the airport at 7:20 in the morning, but to our surprise when we arrived at the reception the car was not there, as it was not even ordered. They offer transfer but they do not own a transfer car, they rely on Uber or Bolt and as the hotel is quite close to the airport, nobody takes the order. So we have waited for 20 minute and no car showed up. Eventually, the receptionist took us walking to the parking lot next to the hotel and took a car from there. We arrived at the airport 30 minutes later than we initially planned.

On our arrival Costin greeted us at reception. He was extremely friendly, helpful, courteous and gave us 2 drinks for the both days free due to some ill treatment from our taxi driver. This was very much appreciated and kind of him. The hotel on a whole is clean and the decor is fresh. There is a cash machine that dispenses EUR's and RON, there is a mini bar and a phone charging machine that charges your phone free of charge for 30 minutes. From the airport it is literally on the outside of the hotel at the end of the runway lol. Great views of planes landing. Roughly around 20 mins walk from arrivals and by taxi is around 5-7 mins. I would have preferred to walk but not knowing where I was going at first threw me off so we caught a taxi only to find it was right outside the airport. Our room was comfy and clean. Only thing that wasn't 10/10 for me was that the mini fridge was not cold at all but we used it to store our drinks nether the less. Bed was big and comfy clean sheets and towels . Also the ac was good. Breakfast was from 7:30am -10:30am and had a varied selection of things to eat. Hot food was scrambled eggs, chicken franks sausage, grilled tomatoes, bacon, mushrooms and beans. We opted in for the hot breakfast but they did have cereals, a range of breads, cold meats, cheese, fresh fruit too. Fruit teas and coffee available and the juices were delicious. The location of the hotel for where we needed to be was spot on. We were visiting the Therme Spa and we had a bus stop 2 minutes away from the hotel bus 442 taking us straight to the spa and back again. Only about 15 mins away . It was like 5 to 6 stops. Also the other buses go up to that direction but you would have to get off just before and walk around 10 minutes up the road to the Therme if you caught those. Which is not bad in the sun to catch a beautiful tan. We also went to a shooting range, Broz Guns and again the location for us was perfect.

There is only one thing about the location for me that I didn't like was that there were not any shops, restaurants or like a mini mart where we could maybe get snacks or some food to eat other than at the hotels restaurant. There is a gas station next door and across the road but that's about it. I do know that McDonalds and KFC are located nearer to the Therme Spa but if leaving from the hotel we would have had to catch a bus around a 10-15 minute journey away.

Excellent customer service, both in reception and restaurant! Costin, the hotel manager, was so kind, helpful and professional at all times, from speedy check-in to accomodating our special request regarding booking rooms next to each other, assisting with the luggage on check-out, booking the shuttle to the airport on time etc. It’s rare to see so much attention to detail and kindness, really impressed! The hotel is new, great amenities and theme, amazing location! The restaurant staff was lovely, as the quality of the food! Definitely coming back here, my family and I really enjoyed the experience!

Perfect location right near the airport, this way reaching a very early flight wasn't a burden. Very comfortable bed and spacious clean room. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious.

The toilet had a leak and the sink tap kept on moving when trying to turn the water on. Found long hairs in the shower which were preventing the water to drain. All these were causing mould to ascend in the bathroom walls which I could easily see when using the toilet.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Comfortable bed. Room is big enough. Even it is next to a busy street and is next to the airport runway, it was quite and sleep was not disturbed. Breakfast was standard and good enough - nothing too special. Parking has limited spaces at the back of the hotel.

I didn’t understand why there wasn’t glasses in the room. It would be good to have a sign where is the parking lot is.

A new, clean hotel close to the airport and Terme Spa The staff is very nice and kind, excellent breakfast

On the first day we arrived late at night, the air conditioner in the room did not work, it was hot and stuffy, a nightmare night. The water in the shower did not seep, there was a blockage. But the next day we talked with the clerk at the receptionand they changed us to a proper room

Lack of set policies in regards to lost property Being an airport hotel that people use mainly for transit, lost property department ,especially for valuables, should have Cash on Delivery ( Ramburs) postage policies or accept courier pickup paid by the owner . I left the country , and by sheer luck, I found a friend who had a relative in Bucharest who could pick my reading glasses up, as the staff refused the above mentioned options .

The staff especially Costin and Cristina were extremely helpful. There was an issue of miscommunication but they dealt with it so well. Their Customer service is top notch. Thank you Costin and Cristina.

The food. It was the same everyday, no variety and the AC was not very effective
