Hotel located very close to the airport. Friendly and very helpful staff, large room with comfy bed, very good restaurant and bar, also very good Room Service. Safe, quiet location, with guaranteed security.

Room Service is only available until 22:00 (last order), it should be at least until 00:00. Also, I had breakfast included but I couldn't enjoy it because the restaurant opens at 6:30 AM and I left for the airport at 5:00 AM. Also, they were not able to provide me with a package with a sandwich instead of breakfast (as is provided in other hotels in such situations), only for a fee.

When receiving the room, even though a room for 3 people was ordered and paid for, there were only 2 small beds. At the reception they rudely explained that the room is for 3 with 2 small beds and if you also want a pull-out sofa it is an additional charge.... How is a room for 3 people with 2 beds is normal? We arrived after an exhausting flight at a late hour and there was no strength or patience to insist or cancel. We paid the extra and we will not return to this hotel again.

Great place ! Great shuttle service from and to airport Otp.

Unpleasant and dangerous situation with the shuttle service: on the way to the airport, the microbus stopped on the middle strip of the road, and dropped the luggage. Specifically for a single traveler, this is not OK ! You must leave the luggage, cross the road, pick up a cart, come back, load the luggage and cross back the road; and all this in a very heavy traffic, on the road for the departure. I hope this situation not to be repeated and addressed seriously !

The not-included breakfast was affordable, extensive and delicious. It features a buffet setting with hot and cold foods, fresh juices, coffee and tea to please any palate. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They speak good English in the reception, and a little less English in the restaurants.

The fitness center is airless: no fan or air conditioner, and half the machines don't work. It was too hot to do more than a 20-minute workout. Next time I'll bring my swimsuit, because the Olympic-length pool looked clean and inviting. The location is near a busy main street, so when we went out for a morning walk, it was unpleasant, with smelly traffic. The second time, however, we went out the back door and found a country road to walk on, between lovely farms.

Hotel was generally good, I liked it. Staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. The breakfast wasn't that good but still you can find some thing to eat. It would be much better if they had included more varieties of Black Tea. Restaurant was very nice, service is great but you need to call someone to be taken care of, otherwise no body takes your order (I was sitting in front of the bar and had to call someone to get a menu)

It was little further away from the airport as it seems on the map but still there is a free shuttle service which is very nice. however it takes about 5-10 minutes depending on the traffic. and also the shuttle leaves at every hour.. so consider this and don't be late for your check-in. Also Otopeni Airport can be very busy on some days, security controls takes forever..

The breakfast/lunch area is beautiful and the food was very good, room was spacious, comfortable and clean, staff were attentive, airport was very close. There is a 50% discount on the waterpark for staying at the hotel and there is a small play area for children at the petrol station on the main road which is a 5 minute walk away.

The private car park had to be paid for separately, not a massive expense but the 20 Lei could have been added on to and included in the hotel room price.

The staff was generally very nice and helpful, the room quite big and very cozy. The location is extremely convenient for airport stays and the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. It is also fairly easy to get to Therme - 15 mins ride away. The hotel restaurant, Rustic, is very nice and good quality for both breakfast and dinner - very good local cuisine.

The staff at the reception has been less polite occasionally, also the bathrooms need an upgrade.

lady who x us in asked if we wanted to make a “reservation “ for the airport shuttle. Did that next am, no room on the 2 shuttles. asked rude desk clerk- “there are no reservations- you should have been here very early “. Hum?? waited for the shuttles to return to get to the airport. not the service they had in the past- very disappointing- especially when we are traveling w 6 and 8 year old Grands!!!!

The spa it is ok but not great. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was good and the stuff were very nice. We didn't require, but it is great the airport shuttle, it helps a lot of visitors. Nice terrace and smoking area.

The staff were very busy and that's why we had different problems when they issued the invoice. Unfortunately, it is not very visible where it is written that for the spa access we have to pay separately, which is 15 euro/person. Also, the spa access it is made through lobby so everyone can see you in slippers and bath coat, and believe me, it is always full of people in lobby.

The location is fine , also the breakfast was good.

We arrived one day before our flight and had a lot of time with the family. We wanted to visit the pool or the gym for a few hours, but we ended up. For first time it happens that we are asked for money for this service, even 15 euros with a twist in the name that they give us a 50% discount because we are guests of the hotel is quite strange!
