very Great Place to stay in middle of the city , spa area with sauna is huge

the bathroom was awful! when you just taking a shower the water was coming out of the drain immediately. we just stayed for 1 night so a change of the room was not possible anymore. the hotel was not willing to offer us something . by the way I noticed the owner or some adviser of the cleaning ladies was talking very strict and not nicely to them.

Very good location on the city heart

Quite an old building, but they are trying to keep it in good condition. As for us being a family with a small child we’d prefer to stay in a flat room, meanwhile here was a bed located on a semi-floor with quite steep stairs, which could be dangerous for a small child. Also didn’t found any towels in SPA zone and no changing room.

The hotel is in the center which is a big advantage. We received an upgrade on our room which was a great bonus! We had big and clean room, 2 toilets comfy bed and beautiful balcony. Having sauna was awesome. The staff were very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!!

The pool in the Spa was cold. I expected to be warmer as the other spa centers. The personal in reception were very kind but didn’t speak well in English. We managed to communicate, however that was something we didn’t expect.

It’s the second time at Roman Emperor and it was the same impression … I felt the same as in Venice .. during the carnival:) ! Perfect touch of art , glorious past and continuity ❤️❤️❤️🎭!

My arrival to Sibiu was spontaneous, after I decided to extend my trip in Romania by a few more days. Just before my arrival I looked for a place at a good price in the old city and with a bathtub and found this hotel. Saw some bad reviews here regarding the bathtub but in my case everything was great. The room itself was also great - large and comfortable. The room had kind of a "portable" AC with a tube going through the window's glass but it worked good and didn't make too much noise. The location is just near the main square. Didn't try the spa and the restaurant.

Had some problem with the room's door. There were few times when I couldn't open it on the first try and had to "fight" with it until succeed.

I had a superior room this time .. I liked the size of the room .. how it was design in that space … felt like a warm embrace in that cold winter day!

I was very pleased to get a superior room instead of standard, without asking for. The lady from reception was so nice.

I did have a short stay in the hotel and I can’t say anything that was under my expectation.

Location was perfect., in the centre of the pedestrian old town. But there is secure parking you can get to easily at the rear of hotel. Huge room and bed over 2 floors. We were given the choice of which room we wanted to pick. Breakfast was better than the 5 star Aro palace hotel in Brasov. No noise. A lovely old fashioned Agatha Christie type of Hotel with a popular restaurant.

Only thing missing was tea or coffee making facilities in our room. We English and Americans like a hot drink in our room. Far to much chlorine in the pool, careful if you have children. It really stings.

Beautiful and clean accommodation, exceptional location right in the city center, nice and helpful staff, there is parking reserved for hotel guests(not a given in Sibiu center), good breakfast, the restaurant has good food and is a good place to have dinner, even the prices are not as high as the other restaurants in the square, they are good prices, and the overall value for money for the hotel is excellent. The spa is great, you only have to remember to call the reception in advance so it's not too crowded when you go(considerate actually). Overall, it was very nice. Thank you for a great few days

There was no possibility to make coffee or tea in the room, which is a bit odd for a 4-star hotel, and uncomfortable for someone who wakes up before breakfast is open, but the nice staff helped out with that, so overall, I always had coffee :)

Very nice designed hotel. It is rare to find such nice hotol in the heart of the city, even with a swimming pool! The room is very good for a family, very big. Have an extra comfortable bed for the kid in a separate room. Parking is easy. Revered parking space and for free! Nice staff.
