The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to the main attractions in Sibiu. It’s located in the pedestrian area, but you can easily find parking at 5 min walk. The room was very nice and clean, with a very beautiful view. We also liked that we had a coffee machine in the room, which is a big plus for people who like to have a coffee first thing in the morning. Breakfast was good and the personnel very kind. I can totally recommend this place.

The water pressure could be better. Also, there’s no elevator in the building, which is not necessary an issue, but should be taken into consideration if you have a heavy luggage.

Excellent location as it is located in the small square and is a short walk to the large square. Very easy to walk to all of the sites in Sibiu. The clean room was very large, had a comfortable bed, a large sofa and an extra chair for seating. Breakfast was good with breads,cheeses, cold cuts, cereals, pastries, coffee, juices.etc. You could also order eggs of your choice.

The front desk is only open from 8:00-21:00 and the door is locked even when someone is on duty. There is no elevator so we had to lug our suitcases up two floors.

Beautiful and spacious room overlooking one of the main squares of Sibiu. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. You are in the center of the old town so you can walk everywhere from the hotel. Breakfast was very good.

Nothing to complain. You just need to know - which we did before booking - that as you are in a pedestrian zone, you will not be able to drive to the hotel but instead you will park a bit further and need to walk a couple of minutes to the hotel. But it's definitely worth it because you will be in the very center of the old town.

The property was visibly clean was big with a wooden floor. It had a mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities (no milk which is usual so we take our own and put in minibar), a safe and a hairdryer. It also had a tv with access to Netflix. Our room was up some stairs which was not ideal with large suitcases but getting them down was easier. The location was perfect out of the door and a number of restaurants/attractions. Within walking distance of everything you could want. The taxi driver dropped us at the bottom of the steps and said we had to walk up them to access the hotel. This was untrue you can access the hotel easily without using the steps. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing not to like about this property.

The property is situated in Piata Mica, right in the city center, close to the Liers Bridge & other points of interest in the city. The suite that I booked was on the 2nd floor of the building, newly renovated. It was absolutely cosy, with a great ambiance. They also provide free water, coffee & tea in the room but you also have a mini bar with decent prices. The view from the windows was nice as well. The staff was polite & friendly. Breakfast is simple & tasty.

The hot water in the shower took some time to get hot.

This hotel was perfectly located near the Bridge of Lies. We had a small apartment on the second floor - the rooms were large! There are some nice feature for TV viewing and listening to music. The bathroom is especially nice and toiletries provided are very good. We were comfortable here for our 4 night stay. It's in a very convenient location for shopping and dining.

There is no elevator in this historic building. The stairs are steep and curving so it might be an issue with heavy luggage. The Ikea-style furniture isn't very comfortable and in some rooms awkwardly placed - a small coffee table in the main room would be nice.

We loved the room as soon as we walked in! We had the delux king bed and let me tell you, it was a dream! The room is HUGE, with wrap around windows, work desk and a wonderful bathroom! Pure white sheets and towels. Cristina works the front desk and the breakfast area. She was the nicest person; very helpful, kind, smart and always with a big smile on her face! Great job!!! We will definitely come back here while in Romania!

Unfortunately, there is no elevator. But we got used to the stairs quickly :-)

I have stayed more than 5 times. In the beginning, everything was on a level. BUT my finding is that over time the management is in a downward trend. The breakfast has nothing in common with the one from a year and a half ago. Be careful when booking for three, although the price for three is indicated in the booking, you must pay extra for a third bed on the spot.

Great new appliances, furniture. Nice smell in the hotel. Cozy rooms and great bathroom. Comfortable bed, coffee, tea, water and slippers are available. Speakers and Netflix in the room. We were checked in few hours before actual check in time. Breakfast - basic, few options of eggs, bacon and cheese, bread, some vegetables, cereals.
