Close to the airport. Very friendly and helpful people at the desk. Wonderful!!!!!

The whole experience was good. There was a noisy wedding party on the ground floor but the rooms were well soundproofed so that we could not hear it in our room. It was not a problem. It was very convenient for the airport. We had an early morning flight and it was good that we were provided with a packed breakfast to take with us.

The only thing that would have made it better would to have been provided with coffee powder and milk in our room so that we could make a coffee in the morning. This would have cost the hotel very little, but would have made our stay perfect.

A quiet hotel in spite of the fact it is directly across from the airport. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were well appointed. The breakfast had an exceptional variety of choices.

It should be mentioned that the hotel’s restaurant is not open for dinner and there seems to be only one restaurant within walking distance - and this restaurant accepts cash, ONLY.

The staff was friendly and helpful The gym is what we loved the most, the reason why we picked this hotel was because it had a gym. Breakfast was amazing. Free parking on site. This is everything we look for when we book a stay: 1. Gym 2. Breakfast 3. Free parking

A little bit grey, it needs a touch of colour in the decor. Room hasn't been cleaned during our stay.

there was a wedding happening in the hotel. depending on the location of your room, that could be noisy. again the manager helped us to get a room farthest from the wedding venue to avoid any noise

front desk not able to give change for minibar consumtion and finishing, I have it there for next visit is out of fun...for me in hotel... (I am not your friend...)

I like almost everything there. Big new comfortable rooms with fancy design. Big comfortable bad, All hotel and room exceptionally clean! There was a kettle in the room. Like this. Excellent breakfast included! We were there on Easter day and the staff cooks for us Easter food: Easter eggs, bread, and local food - lamb... I am appreciated that nice holiday breakfast.

it is conveniently located just five minutes from Sibiu International Airport. The facilities are spacious and comfortable. There is plentiful onsite parking just in front of the hotel. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The shower works very well.

Due to the fact that because of a medical intervention I had a special request which the hotel was not able to satisfy (this was not clear during booking), they proposed the free transfer to another hotel (Golden Tulip Ana Tower) that in fact was free upgrade of the room. Nevertheless, as I was able to see both establishments, so apparently there is no quality difference between the two, only that Mercure is in city outskirts, while the other one is much closer to city centre. In this respect for me Mercure is more affordable, as it has a huge own parking while the other one only has street parking.

I can not say anything about Mercure, while Golden Tulip as mentioned does not has on site parking, only street parking, which is a little bit inconvenient, thou the hotel has its own reserved street parking, which is reserved for free for guests (but this is not clearly mentioned in its description), but the number of places is far insuficient if the hotel is full.

I arrived earlier, very tired but the receptionist was very helpful and found a room. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
