Big, cozy room with nice comfortable furniture. Everything was clean and nicely arranged. Loved the breakfast, it was tasty and had plenty of choices. The restaurant was ok, food was good and portions and prices normal.

Water pressure in the shower was very low and fluctuating. Mini bar was not working. Extremely hot in the room and AC was not adjustable, we ended up closing it, but it was still very hot. Spa looked very professional, but the pool and jacuzzi were always full with families with small children so it was impossible to get in. They were very loud and noisy everywhere, corridors including, even after midnight. Managed to use the saunas, though.

There is music till 22:00 on the bar's terrace,if you are an early sleeper or with children,this will disturb you most probably. Parking is in the front of the Hotel on the other side of the road,so you will have to park your car, basically next to the main road.

Big rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast was fresh. The heated Pool and Jacuzzi were great. Everything was clean. Check in was extremely fast. Location is great .

At breakfast they didn't fill up the food buffet often so some of us found ourselves eating the leftovers from the other guests. It was tasty and fresh though. There was a bit of a hot water problem once during a shower.

The hotel offers good breakfast with variety of hot dishes (tho repeated each day, so not so great for long staying guests), nice SPA facilities (we enjoyed saunas, steam room and pool a lot) and food ordered in the restaurant was very tasty.

The hotel is significantly run down - all nobs, handles, taps are coming off/falling, AC in our room rattled. Restaurant seems badly understaffed - 2-3 waiters served large terrace and the restaurant, so we waited for 20-30 min to order and up to 40 min for food.

The food at the restaurant was excellent, the room was also great with a lovely view. Breakfast was fresh and delicious as well. Close to the Mocanita tourist attraction.

The spa and pool area is small and occupancy was high so it was extremely crowded. There was no place to even leave a towel. It would be nice when there are a lot of guests booked to have a scheduled approach to the spa facilities by room numbers. The spa area is nice even if small but there needs to be some organisation there as its dragging the customer experience down by a lot

I absolutely loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again, it's supposed to be only 3 stars but it's worth definitely at least 4. The room was very big, large bathroom with plenty of toiletries, and everything was spotlessly clean (not just the room but the whole hotel). Nice restaurant with very good food, a lot of interesting choices and the prices were decent. But the highlight has to be the spa area, although it's not very big, we loved the heated pool and especially the sauna area (4 saunas, very clean and well heated, better than a lot of spas we visited). You can also enjoy drinks around the pool after a long day! The overall attention to detail can be seen at every corner throughout the hotel, the decorations are high class and they only make the stay even more pleasant. Bravo to the owners!

Just some suggestions of improvement for an otherwise perfect hotel: a bit less chlorine in the pool (especially in the jacuzzi) and maybe check the windows if they can be adjusted to be sound proof (if you stay here during the weekend and there is a wedding in the hall next to the hotel, it will probably be hard to fall asleep as the windows don't close that well). Also, it would be great to have a parking lot only for hotel guests, it was full of cars owned by wedding guests so we barely found a spot to park. This could also be solved if somebody helped with parking or if there were clear markings of the parking slots, there is plenty of space but everybody was parking randomly and crocked on more than one spot.

The noise from a cinstruction site located in the hotel's back yard. Everyday at 8 AM, an excavator started the work. Also, there are some ventilators in the back yard which are disturbing the sleep. Both of the above could be temporary situations, so it might nit be relevant in the future. My experience was in november 2023

We were really impressed with our room. Spacious, modern, huge windows, nice balcony,large bathroom. Hotel looks recently refurbished. Staff really friendly, good service and food in the restaurant. The SPA area is large, very clean, pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.Located in a very nice area. Really good room price compared to the value they offer. Definitely recommend, will return!
