This hotel is amazing! Clever design with huge parking, open terrace, covered terrace and saloon with perfect lighting and cozy atmosphere. The room is huge and has all facilities, big and clever storage spaces, fridge, big and comfortable bed, amazingly big and well equipped bathroom, excellent spa, excellent breakfast with large choice of food, excellent restaurant with fresh and well priced meals, but best of all is the staff: all beautiful girls, very professional and quick to help, extremely clean. Well, for sure this was the best accommodation we’ve had in Romania so far and one of the best I’ve seen worldwide (and believe me, I travel a lot!). Well done, thank you!

Big, cozy room with nice comfortable furniture. Everything was clean and nicely arranged. Loved the breakfast, it was tasty and had plenty of choices. The restaurant was ok, food was good and portions and prices normal.

Water pressure in the shower was very low and fluctuating. Mini bar was not working. Extremely hot in the room and AC was not adjustable, we ended up closing it, but it was still very hot. Spa looked very professional, but the pool and jacuzzi were always full with families with small children so it was impossible to get in. They were very loud and noisy everywhere, corridors including, even after midnight. Managed to use the saunas, though.

It's a nice refurbished Hotel.Very clean.Breakfast was delicious and the waiters nice and friendly.The SPA is amazing and also very clean. Staff was friendly and professional 😁

There is music till 22:00 on the bar's terrace,if you are an early sleeper or with children,this will disturb you most probably. Parking is in the front of the Hotel on the other side of the road,so you will have to park your car, basically next to the main road.

Big rooms, comfortable bed. Breakfast was fresh. The heated Pool and Jacuzzi were great. Everything was clean. Check in was extremely fast. Location is great .

At breakfast they didn't fill up the food buffet often so some of us found ourselves eating the leftovers from the other guests. It was tasty and fresh though. There was a bit of a hot water problem once during a shower.

The hotel offers good breakfast with variety of hot dishes (tho repeated each day, so not so great for long staying guests), nice SPA facilities (we enjoyed saunas, steam room and pool a lot) and food ordered in the restaurant was very tasty.

The hotel is significantly run down - all nobs, handles, taps are coming off/falling, AC in our room rattled. Restaurant seems badly understaffed - 2-3 waiters served large terrace and the restaurant, so we waited for 20-30 min to order and up to 40 min for food.

The food at the restaurant was excellent, the room was also great with a lovely view. Breakfast was fresh and delicious as well. Close to the Mocanita tourist attraction.

The spa and pool area is small and occupancy was high so it was extremely crowded. There was no place to even leave a towel. It would be nice when there are a lot of guests booked to have a scheduled approach to the spa facilities by room numbers. The spa area is nice even if small but there needs to be some organisation there as its dragging the customer experience down by a lot

Facilities, pool, breakfast diversity (but I couldn’t enjoy that diversity because many plates were empty)

We came to eat for breakfast with 45 minutes before closing hour and many dishes were gone and the staff didn’t refill them. The bathroom was too tight - only enough space to open the door and sit to the toilet.

A luxurious hotel with a restaurant, spa, fitness zone (a very small one), great price, they also have single rooms

It was too warm in the room, on the other hand, not warm enough in the sauna

I enjoyed breakfast the most out of the whole thing, don't get me wrong everything was great, especially the price, worth every penny for this wonderful experience.

I don't have anything to complain about.

Very comfortable beds with good smell on the sheets, nice and relaxing Spa and also very friendly staff . It deserves more then 10. Keep it with a good work
