The hotel is clean and cozy. With pleasant interior and beautiful view from the restaurant and some of the rooms. Everything is super clean, bath supplies are of very high quality. Bed was comfortable, pillow as as well. Breakfast has various options, coffee is tasty and you can even take it away, because they have paper cups for this purposes.

There is no AC in the room. So it was a bit hot for me. Opening the window was not an option because of some noises outside.

Very kind and professional bar and reception staff, tasty and varied food, very comfortable rooms, parking and location.

Some bar customers, maybe locals, vaping indoors, despite denying - checking camera records could put things in order with customers who disrespect the right rules and the other customers. Some breakfast brown bread would help.

We really liked how clean and friendly the staff was, as well as the fact that they have foreign colleagues working there, you don't see this often in this part of Romania.

we didn't like that the electricity stopped as we took the card out, because the fridge was a bit noisy, and we took the card out but our phones would not charge either

High class place in the more green part of the town. Has a great view, a staff that clearly knows what an etiquette is, private parking and the rooms are of a fine, classic place. Both capable to be the place for q romantic getaway (the only place in town to do that actually), or to hold a conference for business purposes.

The carpet was very dirty, the shower was only a tub with a curtain, cold room.

The location is very beautiful. The hotel has an old but very elegant appearance. The nearby park and garden are very beautiful. Very good hotel restaurant and exceptional staff.

Has a great location, next to a large park. It is a nice hotel, with classic design, has a large terrace with a lovely view and a green backyard. Good for families with kids, it also has a small playground.

The breakfast could be more diverse, it was ok, but simple. And the food from the menu could be tastier, considering the prices.

Room was nice specious and clean. It was quiet and equiped with everything we needed for our stay. it was bigger than I expected with the part with sofa and TV. Surrounding is just amazing.

It did not have elevator by the top floor where was our room so we had to go up the stairs one floor.

It’s a great property if you’re visiting this part of Romania. We had a flight cancellation from this region. And the hotel was very kind to provide automobile transportation to a Bucharest. This is not a small accommodation. And we will forever be thankful that they took us.

There’s nothing about this property that we didn’t like

The hotel is great. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable throughout the hotel. The hotel is situated right by a park, and everything around it is green and very well maintained, making it feel like a much more expensive resort. I felt like the hotel looked even better in person than it did in the pictures. The staff (including reception and waiters) was really friendly, and we felt welcomed. The breakfast is amazing, some of the best breakfast we've ever experienced at any hotel and the food you can order at the restaurant is very tasty (with pretty big portions).

The walls between the rooms are unfortunately thin, but the reception was quick to resolve the noise complaint coming form a neighbouring room. All that the hotel is missing is a pool/spa. During saturday there was limited food service available (pizza only) because of an event, a little heads-up about this would have been useful. The city itself seemed really empty, but the hotel is close to a few attractions (Sapanta, Barsana Monastery and Mocanita) that make it worth a stay of a few days at least!

Nice hotel in an attractive environment. You’re in an urban environment, but very close to a park, a river and nature. You have good food at the place. And walking to the centre takes you about 10 minutes. Rooms are comfortable. The staff is super friendly!

We had only one remark: One of our rooms was with air-conditioning, but the air-conditioning didn’t function properly. As it was warm and the room under the roof needed air-conditioning, it was a bit less comfortable.
