The restaurant location it’s absolutely breathtaking. We’ve dined on the lake and that part was one of the best experience we’ve had. Reception staff were fantastic and really professional and helpful throughout our stay same as the waiter assistants which went above and beyond to help with any requests we’ve had.

The waiter that served us when we’ve dined forgot about us and we’ve had to look for him. We were planning to order some deserts but since our waiter was no where to be seen and eventually when he turned up the kitchen was closed. I would say waiters have some work to do as they weren’t as attentive as you would’ve expected at a 5* hotel. I would say that waiter assistants were doing a much better job overall. Cleanliness wasn’t the best in term of the room, which in places was dusty and the terrace outside was covered in cobwebs which didn’t bother us much but considering we were in a 5* I wouldn’t expect dust and cobwebs. Overall an ok hotel but I wouldn’t give a 5* rating.

The Hotel is wonderful and the room was very clean and bright. Also the facilities are a great plus. The pool along with the SPA space are very relaxing and the drinks from the Pool are delicious. Really impressed overall.

I was not impressed with the food from the hotel restaurant. Based on the price, the food was not as good as expected

The room we stayed in is cozy and spacious, well soundproofed, warm, with all the necessary facilities, balcony and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the pool, the two saunas and the quietness. The breakfast is exceptional, the coffee is very good, and the food is great in general even if a bit pricey.

There were a few spider webs in the room and in the bathroom, but I think it's just a mistake as the room is very high. The furniture and bathroom fittings also need some attention. The hotel staff is very warm and polite, but the waiters seem slightly bored, and the restaurant could use some music to liven up the atmosphere.

Fantastic surprise, the hotel has everything one would expect from a 5 stars hotel. Rooms, restaurants, breakfast, facilities, and of course, the main attraction during the winter season is the spa, with a big applause for the massage center. A big applause even for the Crama Restaurant's chef and service. Definitely, the best place un the proximity of Bucharest

The accommodation was great! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was peaceful. You get easy access to the spa area which we have enjoyed a lot. The service was also nice.

The restaurant is overpriced for the food served. Neither myself or my husband enjoyed the dish ordered and when you pay a lot of money for something which doesn’t taste right it’s even more disappointing. The breakfast was alright. You don’t get a lot of variety but the food was tasty. Nevertheless my rating is for the accommodation which I have enjoyed.

Magical lake sights, excellent food,great outdoor pool, nice touches on the property,comfortable room.

Had problems on check in, weren't any beds for the kids. Eventually gave us cribs mattresses although the kids are big for them

Seems exclusive, not many people around, primarily the staff. A very enjoyable experience. The restaurant offers breathtaking views.

Thought the food would be better.

Very nice and classy room, nice pool - great for cooling off in the summer, nice premises and beautiful view by the lake. Food was tasty but the meniu is lacking some vegetarian options.

Restaurant staff was very slow and not attentive. Management should train them properly.

all were quite satisfied..Clean ,tidy and especially all staffs including restaruant and receptionists are well educated and kind ..Thanks to all..I would wish to stay here once more especially in spring and summer time..
