The breakfast was excellent, with enough variety, and was regularly refilled with fresh vegetables, fruits, and food.

It was impossible to reach the hotel via phone. Tried several times to inform them about some delay (caused by traffic congestion and other things) but no answer. Luckily the reception is open 24/7 so we're able to do also very late check-in.

The room was much more than expected, a double room can be perfect even for three of four people. The breakfast was great as well. The staff was great and the room was clean.

The location isn't the best; the hotel has a store and a bus station nearby which makes it better, but we didn't feel very safe in that particular location because of external factors that the hotel has no influence over (sketchy people on the streets). Wouldn't recommend for solo female travelers.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and you could also serve coffee at the bar (on charge) during the day. You have to take into consideration that the parking slots are limited but there are plenty spots where you can park. It's near Iullius Town Shopping Mall. About 20 min walking distance.

Perfect room size and setup for a family with 3 kids and we loved thé garden. Thé breakfast was more than ok. The bus station for E2 line is across thé street from thé hôtel and links to Center of Timisoara and main tourist areas

Location is great, really liked the neighbourhood, it takes 20 minutes by walk to the Julius mall and additional 10 minutes to the center of the city. If you don't like walking, taxi is more than affordable. Hotel is nice and clean, people are polite. The breakfast is really great, and there is a small garden to chill out.

Staff of the hotel is very polite but nobody speaks English at all. Google translate did the job nicely.

Staff is very good, location is very accesible and parking is ok. I had breakfast included and the food was alright. The room was very clean.

The bed is a minus...not so comfortable since it has a big wood frame at the same level with the mattress.

I specifically chose this hotel because I found it as a partner for Edenred Vacation Card. As in I could pay with my Vacation Card for my stay. WRONG. I could not, and they laughed in my face for this. The only reason I chose this hotel was because it was a partner for this vacation card. Disappointed

For any reasons the floor in my room was radiating heat so could in the room was like 25C without any option to decrease.at office they said something was broken but for 5 days waa the same.I guess you shoul avoid room 105

The hotel is good and the staff is welcoming. I chose this place because it was open for check-in at late hours. The main issue is that the room was stuffy and the curtains were in deep need of a wash.

I arrived exhausted last night and the bed was heaven it was so comfortable . Bedroom is pleasant with everything you would need . Staff very pleasant and helpful
