Location was excellent for easy access to the airport, but not in the downtown core. Hotel workers were friendly and helpful, and always on hand to assist with luggage, or any other needs. Bottled water was provided in the rooms, and there is a good restaurant on site, with lots of food options. If you ask for a back facing room, you get a spectacular view of Kigali. Free shuttle service to and from the airport is bonus! Send them your flight information in advance, and they will meet you at the airport exit, holding a sign with your name.

The facilities were a bit tired, and cleaning was not 100%. For example, the garbage in the washroom was not emptied from the previous guest.

Location was nice - quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Restaurant was open all day and night so I could eat whenever I wanted and not based on a set schedule. the WiFi was strong and functioned well so working and using multiple devices was easy. Staff was friendly, helpful, always happy to answer questions or offer assistance for anything. The overall level of English speaking ability of the staff was also high enough to ask questions and ask for things without much difficulty. They did not have a lot of trouble communicating.

As a family with two little kids, we loved the fact that we had two double beds (one was probably 1,40 m and the other 1,60 m wide) in one room which is rare to find in Kigali in this price class. The airport pick-up service was on time, and top notch. The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was great (don't expect a continental breakfast!). We particularly liked the location of the hotel because it is super authentic. You won't find any white people walking around on the streets as the quarter isn't one where expacts or diplomats live. We really liked that, and it was also save to walk around.

Like everything in Rwanda, the quality of objects (e.g. in the bathroom) is a little dodgy but it didn't really bother us because we didn't expect high-end products anyways. Our room was located towards the street and it was rather loud at night (music playing, people partying?). There were no bedside lamps and the ceiling lights were white/cold which didn't create a comfy atmosphere.

Very cooperative and courteous staff. The hotel was economical as compared to other hotels in the area, therefore great value for money. The room and bathroom were very clean and the views from the balcony were refreshing. The hotel is located at a nice location, not far from the Kigali airport, and there are some good food and shopping options around that area. Wi-Fi worked great. The breakfast had a decent variety of choices and the restaurant staff was super friendly. I would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a place to stay in Kigali.

The free airport shuttle is a nice touch which I understand to be uncommon among hotels in Kigali (though this hotel is also closer to the airport). The free breakfast was much better than "continental" but not mind-blowing: a couple choices of hot foods, breads, fruit, juice, coffee and tea, with variety throughout the week we were there. The staff were also very nice, namely Claire who greeted us before the hotel's shuttle van (which was a bit late). Everything else pretty much functioned without a hitch; the room was tidied up every day, with water bottles and towels replaced as needed.

The hotel's website does say one can also get shuttles to the convention center and the arena, but that did not seem to be the case. Another minor issue was that the beds didn't have mosquito nets around them as claimed, but the aircon worked well, the windows had screens, and we only saw but one mosquito in the city anyway. There are competitive options closer to the convention center or city proper, but moto taxis and car taxis are available pretty much right out the gate.

A good room, with air conditioning and a working shower. Everything that I needed for my stay.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. Although it's nice to be able to have breakfast until 10 am, the food looked like it had been out the entire morning, so it was cold and dry. It would be better if some of the food were cooked to order, or prepared at more regular intervals. Laundry service is per-item, so is too expensive if you have a full washing load.

Liked the airport pick-up, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was basic although they were happy to make an omelet, food at dinner was okay. There's a bit of a garden below the restaurant at the back that might be nice to hang in, you can eat there as well.

The neighbourhood was not conducive to walking around. We ventured out one day, walked a few blocks, were stared at quite a bit by locals, didn't see anything of interest, stopped into a very small store across the street (size of a closet) from the hotel to pick up some beers, which were cheap, the lady was friendly.

This hotel offers exceptional customer service! Despite our 3 a.m. arrival due to a delayed flight, a staff member was waiting for us at the airport. They were also incredibly helpful with printing documents and went above and beyond throughout our stay. The staff was outstanding, the hotel was spotless, and I highly recommend it!

The facility is exceptionally Clean, Neat and well Kept. The Staffs were very friendly, very Courteous and ever ready to provide assistance. There were a variety of meals to choose from. The breakfast was exceptionally healthy, you had a wide range of selections to choose from. My favourite tea was the African tea with ginger. I arrived Kigali very late in the Night and the Staffs were available to pick me up, On my return Journey to the Airport the staff were equally available to drop me at the Airport for my early Morning Flight. I will like to visit again.
