The room was well furnished with modern furnishings and equipment. It has a kitchenette as well. The manager was very very good. Accommodates my requests at breakfast due to lack of buffet as advertised. One of the reasons for selecting this hotel was the reviews about the Greek inspired breakfast menu but this was not the case during my stay. The manage explained this.is provided based on capacity of guests and at the time we were less than 15. The staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable with fluffy pillows. The garden area next to the pool is excellent for relaxing or working. The black out curtains made the nights peaceful in the quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is great for evening walks or jogs.

They should peel the back of the fruits for drinking water bcos Benzoic acid in citrus fruits can damage the liver and the kidneys. They should stop mixing lemon, oranges , cucumber and lime in daily drinking water to the people. It can damage the vital organs. Also cucumber has mucilage that can cause bubbles in the lungs.¹

Beautiful hotel, great facilities. But: the gym was under construction (hence the discounted tariffs I booked for I guess) and the breakfast was meh. They ran out of plain yoghurt and decent bread 2 nights in my stay.

Tried to have dinner there twice, but only succeeded once, as they forgot to give my order to the kitchen once when I was in a hurry.

Clean beds/rooms. Pool was great! Friendly staff. Parking lot (if you have a car). Safe quiet location, which was important for us. Good cappuccino/espresso options.

The restaurant above our room. Extremely noisy from chairs scraping the floor every time it’s moved. There was an event that kept me up all night, bc I couldn’t sleep with the noise. Food is 6/10. Their meats/poultry were always too dry and overcooked. But Kigali has other great food options near by.

This is a stylish low rise boutique style hotel in a smart part of the city not too far from the CBD. The rooms are exceedingly spacious with nice balconies overlooking the pool area and across the valley. The bar/restaurant on the roof also has splendid views and a cool breeze in the heat. Air con is fast and efficient, towels are good quality and the bed luxurious. Staff were very helpful, perhaps a little over zealous on the security but better to be safe than sorry. The pool and garden area is small but quiet and the water temperature is nice.

The room was advertised as having a number of fittings which had to be requested particularly in the kitchen annex but the hotel was more than happy to provide. There was a problem with the hot water in my room on 3 days but the manager was gracious enough to discount the final price when I raised this and that is indicative of the good customer service. The one area in need of real improvement was the food. Breakfast was simply not of the standard you would expect from a hotel of this quality and only the fresh made omelet and cereals/fruit were to a good quality. The hotel is aware of this and working to improve the matter and once they have this really will be a great small hotel to use in a fabulous city.

Recently, I stayed at a hotel in downtown Seattle and had the pleasure of experiencing their breakfast service. The hotel offered a buffet-style breakfast for guests, which included a variety of hot and cold options. he selection of breakfast items was impressive, with options to suit all dietary needs and preferences. For those who preferred a lighter breakfast, there were fresh fruit and yogurt options, as well as a selection of cereals and pastries. For those who wanted something more substantial, there were hot items such as scrambled eggs etc.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, super clean. I also liked the design and atmosphere of the restaurant.

A slightly bigger fitness centre with more equipment and space would have made my stay a 10/10. The current one feels really small.

Everything...period!

There is limited access to transportation because it's situated in a residential neighborhood. In this case, I had to walk 2km for a MotoTaxi. However, it is walkable to the center center, 30-35min walk and you're in the heart of downtown.

The room had a great view, staff were superb, food was excellent. Rooms are super spacious! The hotel also arranged pickup which was good because there aren't reliable ride hailing services in Kigali.

There were a few people that hosted events at the hotel. I think the hotel could host some of its own events to spice it up a bit and balance the serenity. The water had to run for very long before hot water could come through. It felt bad having to waste that much water everyday. Hotel should fix TraceTV signal and get some more entertainment channels

I had a pleasant stay at Mythos. I liked the Hotel's ambience and serene environ. I would love to stay there again when next in Kigali. The staff members were very helpful, professional and courteous.

The wifi speed/connectivity was a bit poor first night but subsequently it was perfect.
