Very friendly staff. They had a small breakfast buffet but it was very good and had a lot of fresh fruit. Good location, within walking distance to the center of Apia.

There are ants in the bathroom. And they didn't respond to my messages or emails before I got there.

Solid stay in Apia but it's more of a motel than a hotel. Nothing special but the room was clean, there's free coffee and breakfast, and it's in walking distance to the city centre and most sights! Breakfast was nothing special but better than at other places I have stayed at (toast with jam/peanut butter, scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal). There's free parking on site, and a restaurant for lunch/dinner. Overall good value for money and I would stay here again!

There was no WIFI. Others have stated there's free WIFI for 24 hours but when we were there, the WIFI didn't work at all (which seems common in Samoa for some reason!) Also the communication wasn't great. The hotel never messaged back on the platform, and many of the staff on site don't speak English.

I want to say thank you to the amazing staff at the whitehouse hotel samoa! especially the guy who was working in reception (i didn't get your name but my parents are so grateful for your kindness) From the moment we checked in to the moment we left they went above and beyond and i cannot thank you for your amazing customer service. We had a short stay of 2 days and were met with lovely staff, always asking and checking in to make sure we have everything we needed - every time we wanted a taxi they were able to call on our behalf and organise one. We also had an unforseen situation with the weather and needed to leave earlier than expected - once again, they were so accommodating and caring. We appreciate the hospitality and this is actually our second stay here, and definitely not our last - we will surely be back

The place is like a paradise in the just 5 minutes away from the city center, fresh and Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and amazing papaya jam, swimming pool and lot of flowers around and good looking garden, it is an old colonial house with nice architecture with some fale options place it in the garden clean and tidy, staff really friendly and helpful.

I will say that maybe the toilets could be a bit bigger in my opinion but overall good, no many restaurants around but close to the city center by taxi. some people may be discomfort that in reception you need to take your shoes but it was fine. the reception does no have a lift for a disable people just a stairs which I mentioned earlier is a old colonial house

Highly recommend as the accommodation was superb in every aspect in regards to travellers looking for something reasonably priced and affordable. It was clean and tidy, so every morning, after being out, there would be fresh towels and the bed made up. Clearly took pride in their work place. Staff were so friendly and kind to the point, they went out of their way to accommodate us with our needs. Brenda was an exceptional Host, and willing to help wherever necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend The White House Hotel. So convenient in terms of being close to City Centre, markets, supermarkets and the like. Brenda also organised transport/taxis for my sister, and I, which was very welcoming at the airport on arrival. Thank you, kind regards Milson Neill AUSTRALIA.

I didn't like the short term and wished I stayed longer.

The location was awesome. Its near to everything that we went for on this family event trip. The breakfast was "beautiful & delicious." The pawpaw yummy and natural sweet. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

The exit from the hotel via vehicle wasn't safe due to corner. The road is too busy to turn right from the inside. It'll be nice to have a traffic light just in front there to make vehicles drive off easily rather than trying to find a space to speed off faster to avoid on-coming vehicles.

The staff here were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. We arrived before the room was available but they let us sit in the aircon restaurant and gave us bottles of water and a fruit platter while we waited. That was a great start. Helped us carry our bags to the rooms as well. Room was big with good aircon and a decent bathroom. Walking distance to Farmers Joes supermarket for supplies and beer (they do not sell beer in their restaurant) and close to the town area.

There was a bit of traffic noise which could be an issue for light sleepers.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Great location close to the market, an easy walk to pretty much anywhere in town. Although it's on the busy main road, the noise didn't bother us. Good value in an otherwise expensive island for accommodation. Fast WiFi (you have to pay and the data is limited, but that's understandable given the fragile state of internet provision in Pacific islands). Good free breakfast each morning, and truly delicious burgers for lunch. But what I liked most were the staff, who were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

We were trying to arrange an airport pickup and had trouble getting a reply to emails or calls before we arrived. Managed to get it sorted out in the end, but it was more trouble than it should have been. Our first room, on the ground floor, was quite loud because of people passing by outside our door and shouting, but they moved us to the top floor, and it was much quieter up there.

The rooms were great, air con was nice and cool, hot water showers were awesome. Breakfast was nice and in a very nice air conditioned dining room. Location to Fugalei market was awesome too. The front desk were very helpful and cheerful which helped set the warm atmosphere

The vent in the bathroom was a bit noisy but that was only when the light was turned on (I.e. you were using the shower/toilet) but it's minor. Would be helpful to have some info regarding calling taxis or laundromat nearby (again, this is just feedback but the front desk called us a taxi when we needed it) Would be nice to have some bottles of water in the fridge of the room.

It’s nice, it has aircon, the staff are nice, there in breakfast available in the morning which is always a plus. The lunch and dinner is great, portions are big so you won’t go hungry. They called us a cab to the airport for a flight and the driver was on time. The staff members work really hard and it shows. There’s a guy fills there I didn’t catch their name but they were really helpful and the manager was really nice and friendly. Working in hospitality mainly in a resort I know how hard it can be and especially if everyone is hands on deck. Everyone there is doing a great job.

Not a minus but just a suggestion some cold water would be nice with the breakfast that’s pretty much all 🙂. Other than that amazing work, keep it up.
