All was great! Nice staff and comfortable bed

I booked 2 nights to spend my birthday and I didn't receive any discount or at least a small attention. I work in a 4 star hotel and we always give a bottle of wine with cake or cheese plate as an attention(the guest can choose). It was a little bit disappointing coming from a 5 star hotel, but I understand is not staff fault, maybe it can be a good thing to improve :)

Closely located to the airport, the hotel itself was very quiet which was a selling point to us before we were heading into town. The staff were all so welcoming. We had 2 rooms booked (2 adults with 4 kids 7,5,3,3) and they were side by side but also large enough that we could all sleep in 1 room or alternate. The aircon in the rooms were set perfectly aswell, normally at any hotel we stay at, it always upsets our sinuses but these rooms were great. Ground Floor level was awesome too especially with kids and the accessibility to just walk out to the pool or beach.

The menu could do with a little bit of a change up but if you aren't staying longer than 6 days than you would get enough variety I think.

Close to airport and ferry - good for arrivals and departures at odd times. Grounds were beautiful and well kept. Most staff were friendly. Children LOVE the wifi.

We had bad advice from the staff about rebooking for end of trip stay. I tried to book through reception and they said “just book online”. This resulted on an mis-booking of dates online and inability to correct because of bad internet service on the island. The resort manager was uncompromising on a refund for the incorrect night (because my cancelation didn’t completely go through), so we ended up paying twice for one night even though the resort was clearly under booked and didn’t need the room for other guests. Money grabbing in low season really.

The level of hospitality here was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and perfect. The staff really made the stay. For example, our electric kettle stopped working and we notified the staff as we went out for the morning. By the time we'd returned, the issue had been completely resolved. The facilities were great as well -- the rooms were spacious and comfy, and the AC kept things at a comfortable temperature. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! We were often so full we'd just skip lunch and eat an early dinner. The cultural show on the Friday night was also a must-see. The pool was well-maintained and clean, and the beaches were lovely. We also used the gym and sauna almost everyday, which was also a wonderful amenity. My wife went to the spa for a massage which she really enjoyed.

Lack of activities, cocktail list & cost, no happy hour, pool bar never opened.

The location is perfect, close to the airport and the staff were always helpful and professional. I loved that the hotel was very clean and the food and drinks at the bar was delicious. I also loved the generous and tasty breakfast. However, I will return later in the year with family because the positives far outweigh the disappointments.

I didn't like being invited to help myself to the contents of the refrigerator when there was nothing but two bottles of water. I didn't like that the room was basic for the amount of money I paid. This was my third visit and in comparison to my previous visits when it was Aggie Greys it was bland and low key in terms of decor in the rooms and no welcome message or flowers or towel arrangements. However considering the challenges since covid I can get over myself and enjoy what was on offer.

Excellent customer service

Loved the staff so helpful with everything took care of all my needs. Food was great didn’t have a complaint about any of it. Breakfast buffet beautiful. Would love to see more island food available. Pool and beach was just awesome to have right there. Also the swim up bar. Location is right next to the airport so perfect for that. I would rather drive into town than stay in town. So being away from it all was good for me. They have an amazing spa the Samoan massage was the best I ever had. It’s away from the resort a short stroll past the beach secluded and private. They also had a small gym that had what you would need. They have a great kids club and very caring staff they even look after kids while off duty. Also have a small gift shop with lil things you might need. They also do some lava lava painting activities and umu cooking experience, weaving and singing. Definitely would be back!

Only thing was the phone not working had to keep walking to reception and better communication but that’s about it.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton and we absolutely loved it! The staff made us feel like family, they were attentive, friendly and accommodating. The pool and the beach were so picturesque it was literally paradise. The rooms were comfortable with an ocean view and the air conditioning was a godsend! The complimentary breakfast was fulfilling and got us started for the day ahead. The dinner options were also delicious and reasonably priced. The architecture fitted well with the samoan landscape the reception area looks like a huge fale it is really a lovely entrance. The walkway to our rooms was so pretty with a lovely pond and palms trees by our room.

This is not a 5 star resort just yet but it is has good bones. They are refurbishing the place with a goal of opening mid to end of next year.

Breakfasts were fabulous, dinner menu was a little restricted (perhaps not what we are used to). We preferred the beautiful beach virtually on our doosrstep so did not use the pool. Staff were amazing.

The room was very "tired" and could do with a make-over. Bathroom area was very "worn", bathroom sink continually blocked (was sorted after 3rd request with some rigorous plunging) and having to brush our teeth with bottled water was a surprise. TV and the phone didn't work but were eventually fixed. The closure enforced by Covid has no doubt impacted the resort (and many others).
