The room was larger than I anticipated. It was more of an apartment with a kitchen area, appliances and a living room that a typical hotel room. Nice looking and quite clean with a luxurious feeling. They provided bathroom amenities and complimentary water. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly, I requested breakfast for the two days I stayed and they brought it up to my room. It was quite generous in amount, quality was OK. The hotel also has free Wi-Fi. I think its among the best hotels I have been in for its category.

The Wi-Fi signal was poor in the bedroom area, it was decent in the living room area but the speed was slow. I wish they had placed an extra roll of toiled paper in the bathroom when we arrived, since the one that was there was almost finished. The TV controller either did not have batteries or was malfunctioning. The room I got was facing the street and sound isolation wasn't great. You could hear the conversations of people below. The second day I was woken up by the horn of a train that passes nearby earlier than I would have liked. Fortunately at night its pretty quiet so It's not a big issue.

- Location is close to a lot of sites and restaurants. It is located in a convenient location. - There was one attached washroom and 1 toilet just outside the bedroom. There was warm water facilities available as well. - The apartment was very spacious including the hall and bedroom - There is plenty of parking available as well - Checkout time was quite generous at 2pm -Good value for money

Although the apartment was clean the only issue was was a strange smell in the attached toilet.

Comfy & cozy furnitures inside the unit. Food stalls are just nearby.

TVs are big, but no English channels. TV inside the room not working. Unit size are small, compared to others, but just enough for couple. Consumables (1 toothbrush, 1 towel) was set up for one person only. I brought 1 pc on my own so, we didn’t bother to ask anymore. We had difficulty finding the location from booking.com. I have called the hotel reception to send their location via WhatsApp. Perhaps, their location wasn’t updated.

I liked the professionalism of the receptionist Ms. Maria, the warm welcome by the quality manager Mr. Nasraldin. The breakfast was really varied, plenty car parking.

All. The property was amazing compared to other proprties I stayed in.

The receptionist was so friendly and for sure, I will be staying in that property if I was in the region and looking for somewhere to stay.

it was clean and very comfortable.. the location was excellent, and the staff were very helpful

the bathroom floor felt a little unclean.. but because we wore bathroom slippers, it didn’t bother us much

Drains of the bathroom need to be more wide for good flow of water.

Dishonesty. i checked in on the 11th at 3:56 am and I checked out on the 11th at 4:00 pm. I paid around 450 and i stayed less than 24 hours and the staff wasn’t clear about it. Please know, in booking i was suppose to check out on the 12th.
