The hotel is super clean. Staff are professional and kind. The security is very good. The location and view are amazing in front of Jubail Cornish. It's almost minutes from Jubail city and Jubail airport and about half an hour from the heart of the industrial city. If you are group of people make sure to be accommodated in the same floor or to get cards from the reception to allow you visit each other as the elevator only opens at your floor.

Sometimes the housekeeping service delayed to 4-5 pm. The bed isn't so comfy.

Very regret the business center PC is not in operation and for the business, we need to fix by Hotel immedidately. please consider.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Garden Inn. Facilities and amenities are all great. All staff are welcoming and approachable, especially Mr. Ayyaf and Mr. Abdulrahman in reception, a score of 1000/10 for their hard work and workmanship. This is 2nd time but reception staffers are remember my last stay and it was good to see them and stay this hotel again. Service itself is good and introduced my guest from Japan, too

I prefer bath tab room but bath tab condition is not good and shower is rather cold when winter season. Pleas maintain the shower temperature during cold/winter season like December, January , February. It is rather cold and not hot water.

Very early breakfast even earlier than said in reception allowed to begin morning work earlier in more comfortable temperature range as I traveled in hottest period in August. Helpfull personnel organized taxi to Dammam airport.

staff- very accomodating rooms - clean spacious. bed- big, and comfortable... pool area- we like it very much..

laundry area - they should add more washing machine, i saw only 1. Didnt see any clothes dryer.. no hair dryer in the rooms but these are minor issues which they can improve.. but overall, we are all satisfied with the place

Location was excellent, near to hospital where I need to go for my lecture.staff was nice especially Abrar , she very nice person and deal with customer very nicely.

Location, views was nice to see the sea in the morning and during sunset time.

Parking is tricky in front of the hotel. Jubail has broken pavements in that area. Noisy music late at night on the mezzanine due to a wedding.
