As always, the hotel met or exceeded my expectations, from the warm reception, to the helpful staff, the good breakfast selection, and the amazing and accessible location, to the cleanliness and speedy service from the staff

It is possible due to the end of Ramadhan, but the first day the room was not thoroughly cleaned, it was, but not thoroughly, it did not impact the experience in any way, but only indicated that the staff may have been overloaded as the hotel was fully booked

Ac control is not okay. Temperature setup needs to be calibrated and accurate to match room temperature needed along with setpoint.. Right after check out, i found out that I had left one of my shirts in the room, and when i called for it the next day, they replayed that we've found nothing. I know it was there hanging on the wall. It was a 🎁 from my wife, and it's gone.

The hotel is very nice & new. The hotel is suggested to be 3 stars but everything exceeds the expectations. The reception staff are very helpful and requests are fulfilled immediately with all workers having an excellent attitude to work. You will not be disappointed with Comfort Hotel in Jeddah (King Road) under the current management for as long as the consistency is there.

Clean, quite, good service. The reception personal were great and i really thank also Captin Mohammed Shahin who was managing the restaurant in professional way.

The breakfast needs to have more varieties of dishes.

This is a new clean 3 star hotel with a 4 star standard. Very clean..amazing location..easy and welcoming ambiance... beautiful rooms comfortable beds..amazing gym.. amazing staff both at the reception and housekeeping. Even the food was good. Everything was perfect. Definitely my new fav hotel to stay regularly whenever I come to jeddah

Reception staff was really Courteous specially Mr Nawaf who was kind enough to give us free upgrade to deluxe from standard Room. cleanliness is on spot and the facility is quite new and close to Malls and City walk etc.

The Room’s curtains are not fully closed due to some weird adjustment which leads to sunlight entering in the room early morning. Housekeeping only replaced one towel during room Make up but it didn’t matter much as we stayed for 2 nights only but something they can keep in check for future

This has been my hotel of choice in Jeddah for the last two years, never once have I been disappointed. The front-desk staff are helpful and friendly (special thanks to Abdullah). Rooms are spotless, and the value for your money is beyond worth it. Again, the Comfort has always been my choice of hotel in Jeddah.

Cleaning schedules could be better. Staff only come around after 3pm. Would be nice to come back to a clean room after being out in the morning.

This hotel is always my first choice in Jeddah! It is exceptionally clean and well-organized, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. They truly appreciate returning guests, making each stay even more special than the last. Thank you for consistently providing such a wonderful experience!

The front reception staff went out of their way to make it easy for us on arrival. We arrived early in the morning and they checked us in earlier. They also allowed a later check out for our comfort. We dint try the breakfast here. The rooms are beyond comfortable. Probably the best place I've stayed in Saudi so far! The shower was clean and powerful and the bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. I'd definitely pick this hotel is you had an option. Its worth it!!!
