I am regular at this property, whenever I am in Jeddah I make sure I come back to shereton, the hotel has got an old charm, it is very comfortable with big rooms, old style decor and immaculate cleanliness. The staff is very forthcoming and are willing to go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. One name worth mentioning is Jibin, he is a very pleasant personality and always served with a smile. I am vegetarian and the staff made sure that my needs were looked after.

The checkout was not as pleasant though, the person was mostly busy with his personal call on the phone rather than paying attention to the check out process, he did not offer the receipt after the payment and his replies to my questions were not very convincing. Definitely they need someone more attentive there am not sure if they will unblock the security payment on my card.

On the Corniche (boulevard), walking distance to the F1 circuit. Restaurants and small supermarket just around the corner. You can easily walk to the Red Sea Mall in 25 min. Nice pool area but just a few sunbeds. Breakfast is very good. Gym is oke, there is also ping pong, pool billiards.

The bathroom was far too small, Room is also small but acceptable. The outbuilding is outdated (scheduled for renovation in 2025). We ware at the F1 and the concert; prices were skyhigh. I think the mean building in low season has a reasonable price to quality rate.

Quite nice hotel and great surroundings, room was huge space and comfortable..Marwan in reception at checking was super nice and helpful also helpers and security team great experience 👌🏼

My booking was not including breakfast, but I decided to have breakfast I paid for it but it was not as expected kind of overpriced ,It should be much better and have more varieties.

The hotel is located in a great place, close to the Red Sea Promenade and Red Sea Mall, but also in a quiet place. The hotel has nice and comfortable interior, pool with ideal water temperature, big comfortable rooms and offers tasty breakfast and good a la carte menu.

In my room there were two flaws: there was no option of heating in the air condition (I had two days with relatively cold evenings) and I did not have hot water in a shower. When technicians were in my room to check that during the day the hot water was in my room and during evening I did not have hot water in the shower.

The whole experience was fabulous. From our very first entrance we where made to feel incredibly special. The free upgrade to a suite was excellent. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The room was exceptionally good. The view was second to none. Food was brilliant.

It is a very small thing but we like tea and our room only had 2 tea bags. It took a little while to get more. Other than that everything was first class.

The staff is exceptionally pleasant and well mannered. This fact made up for old facilities during this stay.

- The room we had were in Annex and they are quite old and needs maintenance. - the Chinese or Singapore or Malaysian cook who on duty during breakfast. He was rude. He spoiled it for other team members.

The staff were excellent, room couldn’t have been better! Location was perfect! Overall we had a fantastic timeel at the Sheraton… it delivered on all levels, as did Jeddah. Top marks all round!

Nice location - close to waterfront as well as malls. It is good that they have two tennis courts on site. Main building was full so I had a room in the annex. short walk but manageable even in highly humid weather. Though hotel is quite old, it is well maintained.

Tennis courts, which is the main reason I was there for a brief stay, have very poor lighting for night time play and should be fixed.

We stayed in amiri suites which is very wide and its overlooking the sea. The location is perfect that you can only walk to the corniche.

It needs a little renovation the style is a bit outdated although it’s clean but still clients like us wanted to see and feel at least something new.

Good location, friendly staff, clean, good food, good services

Shower keep changing from hot to cold to hot every 30 seconds. Friends who were staying mentioned a similar problem
