My stay at Ewaa Express Hotel - Al Rawda was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. The breakfast buffet was delicious with options to choose from. The hotel also offers excellent WiFi connectivity, which was essential for both work and entertainment.The ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting, and I loved how peaceful it felt. it's so clean and comfortable i really enjoyed my staying here from a person who stay in Jeddah's hotels every now and then this is probably one of my best choices, reception very welcoming and helpful.

* Hidden entrance (sort of) * Difficult to miss hotel building ; no clearly visible sign. * Quite POOR breakfast, quality, variety AND quantity. If finished 1/2 hour before finish time, they don’t even replenish!

As a budget hotel I liked Ewaa Express - Al Rawda. It is simple interior with good maintenance. Breakfast was good. Staff is helpful. Didn't faced any issue in WiFi. Unfortunately no big shopping mall on walking distance. In budget hotels bed and pillow are mostly problem becuase of their frequent use. But in Ewaa Express I enjoyed both. Full marks from my side for getting very good pillow and bed.

I've stayed here on a number of occasions, all staff in this hotel are friendly and helpful. One of the staff whose name is Khalid Alghamdi offered us an upgrade because it wasn't our first time visiting the hotel. He also sent to our room an Arabian coffee with dates. Thank you, Khalid.

The car park in the basement has lots of concrete pillars that would make you don't think of getting your car inside. If you have a small car it is not a problem.

I love how they provide and iron and microwave and a fridge. very very considerate.

no Netflex. the sheets felt really hot. they should replace it for bed sheets specifically for hot places like Jeddah. this heat prevents you from falling asleep no matter how cold the AC is. i recommend a better bed sheet for hot weather.

Usually, I do not write a review, but this time I want to highlight about the bad manager attitude, he was rooming in the lobby and shouting on the staff with a show off. I think the management should take an action against him. For me I will not stay another time only because of this person, I know not staying will not affect the business but I am doing this in any facility that I stayed in it before.

Bad Manager, shouting in the lobby as if it is his own house not even caring about the hotel guest. I asked one of the staff which was very polite " is this your manager" and he nodded his head and apologize from me!! I told him that he should not apologize he did nothing wrong. The location of the hotel was great for my visit purpose. Also, close to all needed daily requirement All the staff of the hotel are very friendly, helpful and supportive. always smiling The hotel has free self service laundry facility, which is a great option for me

This is my second stay at ewaa.. first in Al rawda branch...very good hotel fit for purpose.. has all the required facilities..great staff.. good breakfast.. ..the room was great

The toilet chair was very small.. extremely small not suited for a an adult.. hot water capacity wasn't big
