Location. Near the International airport (Saudi airline terminal), shopping (the Red Sea Mall) and the Jeddah aquarium. Our kids loved this small but rich Fakieh Aquarium.The hotel stuff were outstanding and friendly, from security to cleaners. The young ladies at the reception were exceptionally helpful in welcoming us and providing to us the room of our choice. I'd also to thank the management for the room upgrade.

I think the management should explore the possibility of moving the reception area to the ground floor. The current arrangement where you enter the hotel from an empty ground floor then a left takes you to the lobby where the reception is located is rather confusing.

-all in one room - meaning what you need in household are all provided 👍👌 -superb cleanliness 👍👌

-i registered 2 adults 2 children. I had been check in hotels with my family many times in different places and here in jeddah but this is the only one or first time hotel that provide 1 room slipper , 1 toothbrush n 1 toothpaste eshadah i will share those with my wife n kids😔....and by the way im glad that i saw a billiard/pool table but saddened when it has 3 balls only😔 - my wife doesn't like the smell/odor of the cabinet for clothings.

the room was so clean and spacious, the bathroom was perfect and we did order extra towels and slippers. the beds was sooo comfortable and the room had the most amazing view! our reservation had a breakfast with it. and thank god it was so perfect since they make the best crepe ever! everyone was super helpful and welcoming and always smiling and everyone wanted to make our stay the best experience ever. thank you Hyatt house Sari street <3 we will sure go back again

the wifi was weak in our bedroom

Man I love this hotel! The check in was smooth and easy, the guy at the front desk was really friendly. When I got to the room, the first thing I always check is the thermostat. I hate how certain hotels would regulate it to not go below 22 or 23 degrees because when I sleep, I get hot. I have to set the temperature to 18 degrees for a good night's sleep. And in this hotel, the thermostat works great and I can get the exact temperature that I want. I got the King Suite for 5 days and I really felt at home. The interior was very modern and the room was very clean, I'm a germaphobe and I approved! I love that breakfast was included in the room rate and the food was good and they had a decent selection of buffet spread. I would definitely come back again when I visit Jeddah!

We had an excellent stay here. The property is clean, beds are comfortable and well equipped, location is close to the airport. Breakfast is excellent and staff is very attentive. Possibly the best breakfast we had during our 16 day stay in Saudi Arabia. Bathrooms were immaculate and quite modern. Check in process was swift. I would highly recommend staying here. We booked connecting rooms as we were a group of 7 people and our request was accommodated.

It was a good experience and an amazing stay at the hotel. definitely this hotel will be my first choice for my future trips to Jeddah city. The hotel location is very good near to the most attractive in the city. The room was clean and The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Naif Alharbi, they are looking to satisfy your needs.

Maybe if the breakfast offer till 10.30 or 11.00 that's will be great otherwise everything is good

The parking space is a hassle and no bellboy. The security had to carry my bags, and you can hear everything in the bathroom

Everything was more than perfect Breakfast was full of variety and amazing food Amazing coffee and making a cup to go by the end of the breakfast Room was soo perfect for family
