Dinner was very good and the supportive reception. Quality of the buffet and variety of dishes was excellent as well as the supportive reception.

Room service and room cleaning was awful. I asked them and they responded positively but you have to ask them every time to clean and to change water, toiletiries, towels, etc.. If you don’t tell them they will just clean the bed and exit the room.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Golden Bujari Hotel in Al Khobar. One & only one hotel in Al Khobar. The service is excellent headed by Mr. Mohammad Huda & his team! We enjoyed every time we visit! The room was well decorated and spacious with a good work station and the bed was comfortable. The gym and pool facilities are top notch. Service was great from everyone I encountered at the hotel. I especially enjoyed the lobby cafe for a cup of coffee while getting some work done. Excellent Venue for Celebrations & Gatherings! The Layali Restaurant has a superb buffet which is delicious & well presented. Thank you very much Mr. Mohammad Huda for your nice hospitality services. I will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. It was nice stay. All hotel staff are very professional and kind. Specially Mr. Mohammad Huda is very good and professional. He support me a lot during my stay their. Room condition is very good and food are delicious. Accessible and located near business and shopping mall. Very nice hotel. The staff is extra polite, helpful and willing to assist you at once. Location is good. There is a nearby shopping mall. Easy access. Near to Dammam Khobar highway. There is a food variety at the restaurant. The bed is comfy. Room size is good.

There is water leak at the bathroom. The room service staff is very noisy. Ther is no enough parking.

A great hotel that I would definitely recommend. Family atmosphere, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast as well as the buffet restaurant for lunch and dinner. Free parking always available. Pool and spa available.

Receptionist are very professional. Front Office Manager is very very professional. I did not remember his name but he is outstanding guys. All employees are very very kind and professional. Room was very well maintained and hygiene.

although I was glad there was an underground parking, I did not appreciate the smell in the parking lot. Also, stairs between floors were not clean, janitors collect trash bags and place them in stairs/emergency exits
