I recently stayed in a one-bedroom executive apartment that met all my expectations. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bedroom was spacious and well-appointed, while the bathroom was equally impressive, with a rainfall shower and decent toiletries. One of the things I loved most about this apartment was its location. It was situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet it was just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and ensured that I had a pleasant stay.

I would like to provide some feedback on the breakfast options during my recent two-week stay. Although it was good, there was no variation in the menu, which became monotonous over time.

Location is perfect . Size of the room fabulous. The kitchen has all needed tools for cooking . I have requested a late check out which was nice of them they agree.

I don’t recommend to book a room with breakfast. The food taste expired and bread section was old . When you eat the bread is like eating a stone. there was a hair in my bed on my first day which means the bed sheet was not changed . The toothbrush was used also. Also the trash was not removed from previous stayer . The the AC technique is old . When you switch off the AC. It takes a while to switch off . Also the service taking long time . at 1:00AM there is no one in the Reciption to help . Even when you call “0” no one picks up. We requested water, it took them 40 minutes to deliver the water .

The apartment was nice and big, had everything you might need for a longer stay. Bathrooms were nice and spacious.

Unfortunately there were a few issues: 1-let’s start with the fact the room said city view, and the family room overlooked the parking and the main bedroom didn’t have a window at all and the other bedroom had a window that looked at AC units. 2- parking was a mess!!! not enough parking and people were parked blocking the the steps and wheelchair ramp. 3- they wouldn’t allow even an hour late check out. 4- the blankets in the room with twin beds were very small and the pillows were too fluffy.

Location was convenient for us as a family. Room was spacious and the facilities were adequate for the price we paid. Overall we had a very comfortable time there.

The safe in the room did not work when we first arrived. On pointing out, the hotel did send an engineer but he had to order a part which was not immediately available so we could not use the safe during our stay there. Minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful stay.

Bedroom closets have almost everything you need, T.V. not in all rooms which is good, - apartmens and rooms are clean^3. - We took 3 bedroom apartment with all kitchen appliances, spacious living room, - Professional people Mr.Abdulrahman alharbi Ms.Bashayer And the rest of the team were polite and professional. - My kids enjoyed the gorgeous swimming pool, the gym and jacuzzi. - Aldanoob super market is next to the Marriott executive apartments. All what you need from a grocery. Location wise alkhobar Beach is 10mins close, almost all outdoor activity is reachable within 20 mins drive.

The staff needs to grow in size only. More hiring plz

- Excellent Staff - Easy and fast check in & out - Hypermarket attached to the hotel - location is near to most activities

- The furniture especially tiles, was not as Marriott standards (5star) - Furniture color mixture is below 5 star standards. - Sound isolation is very poor, i can hear what they say next door (apartments are not sound proofed) - High noisy A/C sound - Breakfast varieties are limited, needs to be better - Parking lot is limited

Good hotel, nice layout of the rooms, staff trying to help, water pressure and temperature was good at shower, nice decoration, good kitchen ustensils

smell of smoke in the room, noisy room neighbors (till 4 am), access to the hotel not easy from main road, shower gel not refilled systematically

The apartments are very large and very modern, the kitchen is very nicely equipped with everything one would need. The location is also great, very close to Pepsi road which has all the nice restaurants. Great value for money also.

the bathroom is on the smaller side, given the size of the apartment. The noise insulation in the apartment is not great, you could hear people moving their chairs around in the apartment above. The fire alarm also went off in the middle of the night which was annoying for us, scary for the kids. No room dine-in service, no kids club for the little ones. Also, the cleaning staff did not come to make up the room two days in a row, and we had to call a few times to get them to come. We requested extra bedsheets which they also did not have.

The 3 bedroom appartment was extremely spacious and had all necessary ameneties to make our stay comfortable. The pool is indoor so very practical in summers. Mr. Ahmed Faraj from housekeeping was very efficient and helpful.
