Reasonably priced, free shuttle service to get you the haram.

Impossible to get shuttle back. First, you need to find the bus, which is a good 20 min walk from haram; secondly, good luck finding space on it after prayers. It was cheap but wasn’t worth it because it was too far away. We couldn’t do another Umrah or eat in peace as we were rushed all the time.

The city views, clean rooms,parking availability and great breakfast buffet really elevated my stay.

Everything. the room and facilities were good. The staff and workers are very helpful and polite. We were a family of four, including my elderly mother. Shuttle to haram was helpful. the taxi to Haram is 10-15rihal. Lots of South Asian food available.Highly recommend

Excellent location. Free bus service provided from hotel till haram (Bus drops near safa marwa side) Everything available at walking distance. The staff was excellent. Nice restaurant and mosque inside the hotel. No parking issues. Excellent facilities provided in the room.

Hotel and its restaurant does not heat the food. It is not in their policy. There is no microwave either in the room. So if you are carrying food and you want to heat it for eating, the hotel will not help. Electric kettle was provided though. The hotel has some door lock issues. You have to go most of the time to the counter to activate the keycard. For 3 days stay i went 5-6 times. They need to check and repair if there is any issue. I see other people also complaining the same.

The rooms were good and clean. Looks like a new hotel. Only the distance from hotel to Haram is far. Sometimes there were traffic on the way which takes a lot of time to reach the shuttle on time to Haram.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness met high standards, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Room service was prompt and accommodating, delivering meals directly to the room. Underground parking was certainly very small as it didn’t accommodate all the cars. While as there is ample space around the hotel to park the cars.

My one point is about one of the receptionist behavior that he didn’t respect most of the customers otherwise the control of the duty manager was perfect and professional. She’s all of all the problem and speak very well with the customer needs and help them to settle the problem. Also the different information between the website and the hotel information that it’s make disconnected between the hotel and the customer by calling or emails Some confusing that it happened for most of the customer about the reservation from the website and they didn’t find it in the systems on the hotel
