The location is amazing and very close to haram. You can visit Masjid Abu Baker , Masjid Ghamamh and masjid Ali bin Abi talib any time very close to haram madina Masjid nabwi just 5 minute walk. For online booking you can ask for tea coffee, electric kettle etc as well. They provided me daily. For room service you have to follow up.

If you need the internet, arrange your own. Because hotel wifi was not available in my room. You have to stay out of the room or in the sitting area to use the internet. If you have short trip and major focus is spiritual/ibadag/praying than its best hotel very near to Haram.

Location of the Hotel is Good. Very accessible near to Haram. Reception staff of the hotel was very cooperative, very good and very helpful. But house keeping staff was not cooperative.

House keeping staff was not good. Did not clean room daily basis during my stay. First day did not provide towels, even nor on my demand. Daily use able items not provided by own. House keeping staff provided the items when I complain at reception on daily basis. During my stay of 07 nights only once clean the room and only once change the bed sheets. Towels provided 2nd day of my check in and not change during my stay of 07 nights.

I loved the way staff were very professional and friendly especially Brother Abdullah, Nasir & Mishaal at the desk They are great at customer service and make you feel very welcome. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others and will be staying again for sure.

I was a bit hesitant based on the reviews here, but to my surprise, the hotel management was very kind and polite, Mr Ayman was very polite and made our check-in process very smooth, Mr Rakan helped us with any valid requests with his amazing smile, and the manager Mr Mohammad was very helplful Unlike the popular reviews here, The rooms were very clean, shower pressure was good, and even hot water was available Would definitely come back here in sha Allah

With the price the hotel is excellent for me. 7mins to Haram. No queue at the lifts.

Toilet little bit smell and if the toilet can be refurbished it would be excellent.

Room was clean. View was good. They changed the room to a bigger one because the entrance lock got malfunctioned somehow.

Washroom ceiling was leaking from one corner in the morning. It was not leaking when we checked-in. You get to hear the honking of busses and cars from street. Not much but still whenever there is a horn.
