As a visitor from Australia, I had the pleasure of dining at the Al Taiba Hotel Restaurant, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. A special mention goes to the restaurant supervisor, Mohammad Reza, whose leadership and professionalism were clearly reflected in the exceptional service I received. The staff, under Mohammad Reza’s guidance, were incredibly attentive, polite, and efficient, ensuring that every detail of the dining experience was perfect. The seamless management of the team and their dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter such a well-organized and guest-focused establishment, and it’s evident that Mohammad Reza plays a key role in maintaining these high standards. His professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel genuinely welcomed, even as an international guest.

Our stay was excellent. Only bathroom needs good exhaust fan.

Quick review on our stay here the hotel staff was wonderful staff was amazing friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance their delivered each time everytime. Location was a 2 minute walk from the masjid nabawi so anyone looking to stay close then this is the best hotel . rooms are spacious and good value for money and the facilities were exceptional . Overall We had a great time and would like to thank everyone from Taiba madinah hotel for the hospitality and will definitely be coming back here again soon and highly recommend to others !!!

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and it is amazingly beautiful. Neat, clean, close proximity and lot of food and shop options around. It is near Masjid e Ghamama and Gate no. 309/310 - near zamzam supply, near Rowdha Mubarak, near women pray area and near Masjid e Quba carts. One of the best thing happened - when i was late for breakfast and had to checkout that day too - Mr. Mohammed Reza (Resturant Supervisor) and Amr Ali (Resturant Manager) went ahead of to make sure that me and my family are properly fed before we leave. Mr. Mohammed Reza gave my kid some toys as well 😇 Really happy with the management and definitely considering this hotel every time i am in Madina Mubarak!

One of the best hotel in Madinah. I booked for 3 nights in November..today will be checked out.. Superior room twin bed city view Humble polite, professional receptionist , easy comfortable peaceful stay in room & tasty breakfast. Room size is big with spacious wardrobe.. House keepings are all very helpful especially Mr Sujon was so nice & pleasant , he took extra care of my mother , provided whatever you want.. Best location few steps to mosque Haram gate 310.. Small food shops available just few steps to hotel, one shopping centre & Ahmed perfume shop also located just adjacent to hotel . I will visit again & highly recommended.

Every thing was up to mark. For ladies entrance gate 21 is far away from the hotel. Otherwise everything is nearest.

I’ve stayed in many hotels across several countries, but nothing has ever compared to the level of service and personal attention provided by Mahadi Hassan and his team. One of the standout moments during my stay was how Mahadi Hassan personally made sure that my room was always in pristine condition. No matter the time of day, Mahadi Hassan was always there, checking in and offering assistance. His dedication to guest satisfaction is unmatched. I’ve never experienced such a high level of care and attention, and it made my stay at Taiba Madinah Hotel extraordinary. Each day, Mahadi Hassan outdid himself, ensuring that everything was beyond perfect. His commitment to excellence is truly inspiring and has set a new standard for hospitality in my eyes. Whether it was extra towels, special requests, or even something as simple as adjusting the room temperature, Mahadi Hassan ensured that my stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible. The fact that electricity went out on our last night at the hotel, was a little inconvenient, a notice was given to us about the outage but nonetheless it was probably out of the hands of the hotel One other dislike was the fact that you were hassled every time you stepped out of the hotel about baying dates and taxi service and perfume ext.

Zafar, in charge of the cleaning of the room for the third floor has been amazing. Available, kind and very professional. Musab at the reception made sure every thing was alright during the whole stay, from check in to check out. Very nice and professional person. Coffee machine of quality, breakfast was a great and diverse buffet.

The external laundry services and taxi in front of the hôtel were a bit too agressive and insistant. But nothing to do with the hotel. I used the hôtel laundry (cheap and quality) and their car park(free) and it was great!

We recently traveled from Canada and stayed at the Taiba Madinah Hotel for three days. The experience was truly remarkable, thanks to Supervisor Mr. Reza and his team, who were incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail of our stay. Arshad, the cleaning staff, ensured our room was always spotless. The hotel’s proximity to the Haram made it extremely convenient, allowing us to easily access the mosque. The restaurant offered a beautiful view of Masjid Al-Nabawi, and the food was delicious. The bakery items were fantastic, the fruits were incredibly fresh, and the tables were always clean. Mr. Reza and his team consistently welcomed us with smiles and positivity, ensuring we felt comfortable at all times. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and prime location!

Location was good.. staff especially the room service boy Mr. Biblop hossin was very helpful and served us really well. We give biblop full marks 10. Room view was very nice overlooking the haram courtyard n the dome of gumbad e khizra. Price was a bit over as compared to the facilities.

Children play area was very pricey SAR 35 per hour which was really shocking for us as we paid very high price for the room rent. Bathroom should have been a better size with fittings and should be upgraded. We found the property good but over priced
