1/being late preparing the room 2/everyone should be very careful especially who has reserved by booking or other apps …see why belew. 3/ the receptionist charged me extra breakfast cost while it was already reserved by booking , beside I inform him “I have it with breakfast”but he Unfortunately insisted and neglected my words . 4/ booking helped me to get my refund back 5/ insisting some staff to mention their names and praise them..

1) The receptionist at check-in time was excellent. All the staff were friendly. 2) The hotel is very clean 3) There are lot of varieties in the breakfast buffet

1) There is a huge gap between the price in Booking and at the reception. The price at the reception is lower by 40%!! For sure I paid with the Booking’s price. But, what is the reason of this huge gap? 2) There is no sound insulation specially from the next room (interconnect). The privacy was poor. 3) The receptionist at check-out time needs more training to professionally behave with customers. 4) some of the TV channels’ signal were poor

-location is great showing Riyadh city skyline -The room is great , wide , bright and clean with all facilities -Room service and hotel valet parking is great with great staff -Special thanks to Ms. Noora from guest relations for her cooperation and help .She helped us to have an exceptional experience

Wonderful experience for Marriage anniversary, JW Marriot guest relations offered us a pleasant free dinner in JW Steakhouse. Room view was tremendous. Multiple various options for breakfast. Thank you Awad Al Buqami, Duha and Nourah for classy touches and taken care of us. I will come back again definitely.

very satisfied room for business stay. room full setup , coffee maker, tea, nice bath tub, etc... location is very near to airport and even in rush hours the hotel is under renovation and the receptions explain this to me from beginning but i was very tired and need relax so i proceed further .

the renovation make the hotel cold environment. and the receptions explain this to me from beginning Personal opinion that hotel entry is easy access for cars Only not walking or hanging around, hanging around need a car .

the staff were more than amazing , I really loved the hospitality, I highly recommend this place for clearing up the mind , the room view was breathtaking especially at night in winter this was my second visit to this hotel and

everything about it was great, we really enjoyed the pool are for the ladies and the spa, the rooms were very luxurious and clean

- i booked a king size bed but ended up with two merged twin bed that was very annoying to sleep on at night as you can feel a hole, i ended up sleeping on the sides. - the room service food menu was very limited and overpriced. - upon arrival there was inly one receptionist and a lot of people waiting to be checked in.

Delay in checking inn. Waiting area in lobby is small with limited seats. The first room had a problem with the sink as we entered it. It took us some time to change the room. The reception supervisor was very professional in solving the problem.

1. All staff were very warm during our stay especially check-in and check-out staff they were friendly, professional and upgraded standard room to junior suite for free. 2. Room view was fabulous. 3. The hotel is very clean. 4. There are a lot of options in breakfast buffet.

I'd like to thank Meshari & Abdulrahman Alghamdi for their professionalism and how they greatly affected my stay there, I asked for a simple specific view but they choose to upgrade me to even larger room to fulfill my request, for that I'm grateful. All staff were professional and welcoming. The quality of stay there exceeded my expectations to be honest. When I heard the building is currently undergoing some maintenance I thought the quality is going to be affected but no, they were actually functioning better than many competitors out there. Their hospitality is unquestionable. Rooms are clean and quiet to the point I thought I'm the only guest staying in that floor! Thank you for the great experience. Definitely my first destination in Riyadh, and looking forward to visit the hotel after the ongoing upgrade is finished.
