Super friendly staff, nice atmosphere, Saudi coffee at the entrance. The room had good quality furniture and was super clean.

The summing pool was only for men, and at least the gym was with schedules (women from 6:30-9 am, then rest for men). The pool had a very limited schedule (9-5), but given the heat during those ours, it was not convenient to use it. The hotel should try to extend the timing and also consider putting schedules to allow women as well. The facilities are not friendly for remote working, since all tables and chairs are made for relax sitting. However, the staff were very kind and provided a desk chair to my room, so I could do it from there.

deposit pay required in Advance for room checkout for any damage, really strange. breakfast with paper and plastic cups instead of ceramic cups for consuming milk, tea, juice and coffee, an unacceptable choice for this category of hotel. it's not even an environmental choice given the pollution caused by plastic.

Excellent support from the Managers Mr. Bassam and Mr. Ahmed Mosa, they helped us a lot. Mr. Ahmed Mosa went out of the way to support us for the Meeting and the lunch organized by our company. The front desk Mr. Saud and Ms. Isabele were very helpful always with smile on their face.

i didn't get my dinner as i booked for half board because they decided that half board is breakfast and lunch and this is very strange which is usually and always half board is breakfast and dinner, and am forced to order and pay for dinner and for sure i didn't get the lunch, room doors need lubricant, there's some water leakage from shower and jacuzzi

Everything was great for me and my family during our stay! An excellent clean rooms wtih a great service provided! The pool was wonderful for my kids. Front desk were really helpful all the time, i want to thank all the team over there and specially to Ms. Maryam Overall highly recommend this hotel and definitely will be back here again soon

The room is big and comfy, bathroom and shower are very nice. The pool is very beautiful but you cannot swim at night from 6pm onwards because of dinner buffet besides the pool. The staff told us to comeback at 12midnight if we want to go swimming at the pool. The staff at the main reception are very polite and accommodating. We'll looking forward to visit this hotel again.

The hotel layout is stunning, so clean and the oud and air freshers are amazing. Plenty of choice for breakfast, polite receptionists and cleaning boys are so nice and polite. I give 5 stars to all the staff at Madareem Hotel. Gym facilities and hotel furniture were all high quality. I will definitely come back there again.

The shower is small so water was spashing all over the floor .

I've booked a king sized room with a bathtub, surprised that they gave me a smaller room with a shower, I contacted them and they immediately changed my room as per the booking The reception staff are very helpful especially miss Nora They allowed late check out Location is near to the airport and around 20-30mins from Riyadh season places
