We had an amazing stay due to all facilities, clean rooms, room service, staff, easy and early check-in, late check-out, car parking, nearby eatery options, and mosque.

No breakfast or dine-in options, weekend night a bit noisy due to close-ness to road

The staff is formed from good team Helpful and understanding Great location

(1) Lighting is less than adequate .. many fused lights not replaced (2) Iron table burned and dirty & Iron not working (3) Toilet floor not slope where accumulating and could cause slipping (4) hand wash basin (bottom marble) is broken with sharp edge which could cause injury to feet

- It is new hotel. - Staff are proffissional. - The appartment well fitted with all daily required tools (dishes, spoons and forks .... etc) , microwave and oven , IP TV also but there was no washing machine. - Parking is well maintained and organized. - Around the hotel there are several cafe and fancy restaurants.

I have stay in one room where the fans on roof makes horrible noise drive me crazy over the night, I request to change the room and they accepted.

I sated at this hotel for only one night stop-over and honestly I wished I could've stayed longer. All requirements of an excellent living are made available in this facility. Special thanks to the Egyptian receptionist who made his best to accommodate us in this great facility

Just location on Google Maps was not precise but the receptionist made his best to overcome that obstacle.

The hotel was still new and everything was perfect, hope they will continue like this. Location also is perfect.

They need only to work on the coffee shop and try to avail breakfast. Also to change the pillows as it was too high.

Big apartment very tastefully decorated with all the essentials available in the apartment. Close to many shops and restaurants. Underground parking was very convenient. Staff (Especially Ahmed Shareef) was very nice and helpful.

i stayed while coming back from madina with family and kids and they enjoyed very close to all market and new rooms clean and excellent value to the money its better than some 4 stars even

Cleanliness, nice furniture for families with kids. Nice location, everything around.

Stayed only 1 night, so not much to say.. shower area can be better as water spreads in washroom during shower..
