Spacious, bright room, clean and cute. The location is great, just walking down on some stairs there is a really quiet beach with great snorkeling (fishes, rays, turtles) and swimming possibility. I had a huge terrace with view to the ocean, also great to see the starry sky. There was also an altar there which I appreciate a lot. All in all it is very quiet area with great restaurants and some shops closeby. The young stuff are very kind; there was drinking water provided. The wifi worked well in the room and outside. Also, the AC worked well. The bathroom was spacious with good shower.

Once I got moldy bread with breakfast. The door of my room got stuck few times but is was still manageable.

The hotel helpfully has their WhatsApp number on booking.com and they responded to questions quickly. Wayan and his family speak conversational English which helped a lot with communication. The hotel is situated about a 3-minute ride from Jemeluk Bay which has the best snorkelling spot. The rooms have AirCon, are en-suite and are large and bright with adjoining private terraces with ocean views. The hotel is set back about 100 metres from the ocean. A simple but nice breakfast of freshly squeezed juice with either a vegetable omelette or banana pancake is served. The restaurant (warung) also serves a variety of fresh homemade food all day.

We had room 2 with a larger terrace out the front with fabulous view and good for sunrise tai chi and yoga. Also a veranda directly outside room with chairs. Now been in Indo for 6 weeks and still rate food at cafe as amongst very best have had for breakfast and dinners. There are other great food and coffee places nearby and access to the beach just down the hill . Be prepared for plenty of stairs ( great views often come with stairs) Titi, Wayan and staff were very friendly and helpful. :-) Have already booked again for next year.!!

Amazing family Homestay, Wayan and Katut are just lovely. Super friendly, always willing to assist in anything you need while staying in Amed. Even spent time teaching me some Balinese! From boats, to scoote rental, to snorkelling gear and tips on where to go. To top it all up, they have an awesome breakfast. The room was exactly what you need, with breathtaking views of the ocean, the best sunrises can be viewed right from your own private balcony. The room is spacious and comfortable. It’s also far enough from the confusion so barely any noise at night, but close enough from everything. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and ended up extending for more than a week! Will be back next time for sure!

Titi Sedana is a great stay in Amed. Great location with stunning views over the sea from the rooms! Wyan and his wife Ketut are very lovely people. Very kind, helpful and smiley. They served a really nice breakfast each morning and were always complimentary and chatty. The room itself is of a good size, big bed and shower room also. Parts of the room do need updating as it’s tired so don’t expect 5 start finishes but for the price, location and the kindness of the family it’s well worth the money! Also good WiFi! I would recommend this place and I would stay again. Thank you :-)

We had a lovely room with an undercover balcony and attached was another huge balcony with two reclining deck chairs and a big umbrella with the most amazing sea views. We spent a lot of time watching all the fishing boats coming and going from these deck chairs. Sunrises were very special to watch coming up over Lombok. The family that run the business (Wayan & Ketut, their Son Deo & the two staff Kadek & Kadek) were super friendly and helpful for anything we needed including renting motorbikes at a reasonable price and taking care of our laundry. We ate dinner most nights in their warung and the meals were always delicious and well priced. It’s a short walk to the beach and other close by restaurants and the mini mart was about a leisurely 10 minute walk away. The staff that worked there were really friendly and we enjoyed getting to know them. The hot water always worked and the WIFI was excellent. The accommodation is great value for money.

I absolutely loved staying here. I rated it 5 stars for everything based on the fact that for budget accommodation, it's amazing. You have views of the ocean, you are near a fantastic snorkelling spot and some of the best restaurants with fabulous food and stunning views, and you are staying with a genuinely caring family.

Wayan and his family were working very hard to make our stay the best one. Breakfast was good, the view from our balcony was perfect, room was also good. There was a party going on in the next door hotel and it was loud causing us to not be able to sleep. We called Wayan at 23:00 and asked him to maybe ask the people to be quieter, and he just went there and told them to get back in their rooms and not to disturb us. It was a perfect reaction from Wayan because he cares about his guests. The party stopped right there and then. Highly recommend supporting locals like Wayan as they are very humble and welcoming people.

It would be better to change the mattress in the room, because it was very loud and not very comfortable. Mosquito net could use a wash.

This Homestay was perfect for us for our time in Amed. The accommodation is very good, aircon, private bathroom, big balcony with sea view.. Amazing. The location is perfect. Between Amed beach and Lipah beach. Very calm at night. It's a family business. All the family/staff are very helpfull, kind,.. smyling all the time. And the food is delicious !!! Will definitely coming back for our next trip to Amed !

It has a nice view and it’s between Amed and Lipah Beach. You really need a scooter because there is not so much go around. The motorbike they provide ist just to go around the coastal way because to less PS. Wouldn’t drive with that anywhere in the mountains. Aircon is working very well and silent.
