My room was wonderful. The view was amazing and it was clean. Loved the balcony. I liked how this hotel had direct beach access.

The pool was being remodeled and they only gave 10 passes a day to go over to another hotel pool (which no one told us about). I asked for a special request on my booking for getting there and they completely ignored it as well. No breakfast included and very small lobby

The location was great! A short walk from the main building or the pool to sugar white beaches and turquois waters. Also our room was in pristine condition and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were amazingly comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped (cups, dishes, pots and pans, etc), and the view from our balcony was awesome! The following may sound silly but water pressure in the shower was fire-fighter hose quality which was totally cool! I really dislike staying at a place that has weak water pressure. The staff was always friendly and ready to help, and the place was a short walk or a short drive from tons and tons of restaurants.

I found it a bit pricey. I get it, it is Marco Island and likely the cost was on par with other hotels in the same street. Also, the invoice I received after my stay was higher than what Booking.com said it was going to cost (not due to items or food consumed, just the price did not include the discount I was promised when I booked).

The building is very impressive with quality fixtures and fittings. The room we stayed in (1203) had a spectacular beach view and was very comfortable with a sizeable bathroom and good kitchen facilities. The bed was very large and very comfortable and the room had 2 smart TVs, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room/kitchen area allowing us and our 14yr old to relax separately in the evenings. There were plenty of clean towels and also plenty of beach towels were available in the room. Beach loungers/parasols are available free of charge to Marco Beach Ocean Suites guests on the beach which is great and a beach bar is available on the way to the beach (which closes at around 5pm)

Unfortunately the swimming pool at the property is currently out of use and the whole outdoor terrace area is being refurbished with no access possible. This also created a bit of noise by the contractors and visually the area looks like a building site, so not great. The whole set-up in the building is quite strange and eerily quiet. Of what I understand, the building was formerly a hotel but now trades and private apartments/condominiums. Apart from the gymnasium which is adequate, there is no other guest facility e.g. restaurant or bar inside the building, and even the building reception is not being used as such, with a pop-up desk instead being used.

I love the location of this property,it was clean, well equipped and with great ocean views on the 9th floor. They provided complimentary lounger chairs and an umbrella as well as 4 beach towels. The kitchenette was well equipped; however, of you are the type that likes omelets for breakfast a small 8” inch skillet was not included. I had to improvise with a large pan. It was a great value for the money. That being said there was only one working elevator and the pool was closed but I didn’t mind it at all as our balcony was facing the pool and I can only imagine how noisy it would have been. This place could use some sprucing up as it looks the same as when I visited over 20 years ago.

Upon arrival we were met with our bellhop,doorman receptionist with warm friendly smile , welcoming us to an absolutely breathtaking entrance, clean, friendly staff. located right on a beautiful beach was taken to our room, which was like a mini suite with large bathroom,bedroom,lounge area. Anything you needed the staff went above and beyond to make sure your needs were met. I would come back here anytime and recommend anyone if you’re looking for beautiful place great location, friendly warm staff. This is the one for you.

Had a very large king bed, but for some reason, they put a foam padding over a brand New mattress, was very uncomfortable. We had to remove the foam from the The bed to get a goodnight sleep.

It was practical had all I needed to take a little retreat. Balcony was lovely to sit and watch the ocean and sunsets. Kitchen had everything I needed to do light cooking, having the small refrigerator was great. Good coffee maker with coffee pods and creamers provided. Location great. Shower is small but well supplied. Bathroom was spacious, good lighting and plenty of towels. Felt very safe with someone in lobby reception 24 hrs. Valet personnel very kind and wonderful.

Furniture and decor a bit outdated and drab, brown sofa is medium comfort. No work desk was a big inconvenience for us. Bedroom felt cramped in space.

Cleanliness Amenities such as Beach towels, cooler bag, keurigs provided Beach chair and umbrella service - guys down at beach were wonderfully helpful and accommodating.

Elevators out of order - very tough from 14th floor Guy checking us in struggled with communication - language barrier - which was very frustrating. He could explain where we go to park and how to get into the hotel from the garage. Valet guys were helpful. Dont appreciate being forced to do valet or you don’t get a luggage cart. Ridiculous that Ocean Suites guests can’t use the bathroom by the beach bar.

All the staff was wonderful! They were always as helpful as they could be and went above and beyond to make everything easy. Truly felt like a vacation. Chairs and umbrellas are put for you once you make your way to the beach and all you have to do is sit, relax and enjoy the ocean. We will definitely be back! TK in Valet was wonderful, Julio and Frank at the front desk were amazing and so personable! They always greeted us with a smile. I definitely recommend this place for your next beach stay in Marco

I wish it was more resort style still vs private suites but it’s still very nice. Unfortunately the pool is currently closed but we didn’t miss it because we spent all of our time at the beach, but if you’re going with small children that might be an issue. Warning: if you receive a phone call from a concierge name Ouafa or anyone from the Marriott Crystal Shores about a presentation don’t respond.

Perfect location. Very well maintained and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our units totally updated and had everything we needed.

We have no complaints.
