everything but the situation when we arrived and the booking rate was not honored and clerk said she cancelled our reservation because it was a booking error and she could only give us a 179.00 rate. I was furious as that has never happened to us. you pay whatever booking reserved it for on their site. we could have gone to other places much cheaper but because of this fantastic deal we booked Bayfront. very frustrating. we ran into two other people at frontless checking in and they did the same story and then offered them a lower rate then us. what a mess. booking should pay the 179.20 minus the 31.25. this is your IT computer error and false advertising. please resolve as we have inquired after our trip and during. unneeded stress!

close to 5th avenue and tin city . excellent restaurant. fun atmosphere

rooms need updating . wish pool was bigger and i wish there were wait staff assigned to work the pool . noisy air conditioner in the rooms. every room needs a microwave . i couldn’t even heat up food in my room .

Everything was perfect. The rooms, location, beautiful view, walking distance to everywhere. The staff was so great. We made a mistake with the reservation and the resolved it immediately. Thank you guys for that.

Food an drinks downstairs, outside. Not so good attention, may be because they were on time to leave and wanted us to pay. Understandable. Drinks were not so good.

The only thing is we didn't know it was happy hours n I was dining n drinking n never was once told about the happy hours untill a guess mentioned at the pool about it but it was already 6:05 so at that point my husband said let's go somewhere else for drinks

The hotel sits on a little marina, and they have a cabana where meals and drinks are served and the view is great- also live music on weekend nights ( I think from Thursdays to Saturday ). Very pleasant stay with a Caribbean vibe, nice heated pool, close to shops, restaurants, boat trips etc. Rooms are comfy - ask for one with view, it’s worth it.

The treadmill is not user friendly and the gym is small but it’s functional. Hotel guests did not line up to use the equipments anyways.

Good location, EXCELLENT staff, dining options in walking distance. Beach not too far away.

The first room we were given was not very clean ….. But when I spoke to Elle at the front desk she immediately changed/ updated us.

Staff and location; close to shops and restaurants. Nice area with a small marina. We didn’t use the pool. Convenient parking

Everything was great! Had some trouble getting an in room coffee maker that worked properly.

The comfort, view and cleanliness. It was a joy coming back to a room reset as if it was our first night!

Everything we might have had a concern with was taken care of by the front desk.

The staff was polite and helpful, and the location was great! It was near where we wanted to be. We loved the scenery and it was nice to have an underpass to Tin City so we didn't have to cross the main road.

The location was great. The facility was adequate with a lovely view. The Cabana was very fun.

Coffee maker in the room didn't work. The restaurant ran out of coffee and the staff was extremely slow.
