Omg the hotel itself was spectacular and beautiful. It was so big and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, game room and the facility. The rooms were clean and smelled good. The hotel is very clean.

We had dinner at Finial though and the food was awful. The featured fish was still raw and the chicken breast was raw. We couldn't eat our meal we had to send it back and we were not offered or refund or even a credit. A waste of $224 smh. We h Ok ad to go to the Cafe and buy hotdogs because we were still starving and my husband was tired 😫 to leave and go on the road for food.

Stunning, high-quality, grand resort at reasonable price this April. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met: all were extremely professional, courteous, attentive, and helpful. Only minor negative experience was the feel of the bed, a bit more firm than I prefer. Generous-sized bathrooms with great water pressure! Everwhere inside, even in the well-appointed elevators, there was an amazing soft frangrance which added to the overall experience. Finial restaurant, on the main floor, dinner was delicious, relaxing, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Very pretty hotel. I know it’s an older hotel but it is still a grand one! Loved sitting out back during the mornings and watching golfers. “Grounds” coffee shop was amazing. The cappuccino was excellent. The bartenders at the indoor bar were well trained and made wonderful cocktails! The view from our room was amazing. Please see the attached picture.

I noticed a few things that looked a little worn. However, for the age of the hotel, I thought it was understandable.

Two 18-hole golf courses, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a luxurious spa are available for your enjoyment. In preparation for the upcoming Wyndahm golf tournament, the facilities are undergoing thorough cleaning and maintenance to ensure they are in pristine condition.

The elevator odor requires attention, and the shower heads and floors need to be replaced. Additionally, the quality of the restaurant food on our last evening on Friday was subpar compared to the following evenings.

this hotel is beautiful! From the moment you walk into the grand lobby to the time you get to your room it is very clean and modern. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable. The room is spacious and well designed. The housekeeping staff, or friendly and attentive. The Bellman was friendly and efficient.

The hot tub is the only thing we did not like about our stay. The hot tub has been out of order for two years according to the front desk staff. They are trying to repair it. We were very disappointed by this because we were very much looking forward to enjoying the hot tub during our stay. We wish it would have been fixed.

The hotel was AMAZING!! The gentleman that works the front was also amazing. We got a 2 queen room the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was HUGE! The pool/hot tub. While they say the pool is heated, it was so cold we couldn't get in comfortably. However, the hot tub was amazing! The hotel is filled with beautiful artwork, and Saturday night, they had a live band that we enjoyed so much!

Room was clean with amazing products. Amenities were great and overall a relaxing, fun, trip.

Was looking forward to breakfast at the restaurant as we had come a year ago when it was DiValetta and had an amazing breakfast brunch. Was looking forward to it but they had moved it to the Cafe Expresso and it was very subpar from what I remember. They moved it as they were setting up for another occasion in the the restaurant for Mother's Day so everything in the Cafe was basic.

I was disappointing that the spa did not have the Jacuzzi nor steam room working. The air conditioner in our room never really completely cool the room properly

I surprised my husband with a romantic overnight stay at The Grandover Resort and Spa. The restaurant is amazing, and the waitstaff is always wonderfully kind and informative. We enjoyed terrific cocktails and fabulous food. The hotel room was well equipped with everything we could ask for. Beautiful grounds and amenities.

The room was hot.

It’s a beautiful property - ideally located for the driving traveller. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel relaxed but close enough to easily visit other places. The staff were truly lovely - extremely helpful and great senses of humour. The Spa was to die for too - so much so, I’ve booked appointments until I return home.
