The food and service were good. The staff were so helpful and attentive. The room was mostly spotless. The jacuzzi suite was nice. The restaurant food for dinner was lovely and VERY good value. The staff brought Thai food to us when we ordered and it was delicious. The breakfast was nice. There was a mixture of Thai and western food. The western food was simple; eggs and omelettes plus toast with some salads and dressing. The Thai breakfast were a chicken rice porridge soup and a fish ball Thai porridge soup plus a few extras.

The jacuzzi should have come with some bubble bath but it fills up slowly and the buttons are positioned a bit awkwardly. The only thing not clean was the air con unit. It was very dusty. I don't like toñ nit pick but as aircons blow dust everywhere I thought it was an oversight. The unit was perhaps also too small for a room of that size. I would still stay again and on balance we had a great stay, especially for the price. Great value and a great experience.

We are there for exhibition, Hotel is nice, about 3.5KM to impact exhibition, hotel offers free pick up and drop off the the exhibition everyday. Hotel owner even drives us to city center Iconsiam and toured us around there and guided us buy boat ticket, he was such a nice man! Nice breakfast, fruit, Thai food, Chinese food, bread, etc. There is a big pool on top of the hotel, very nice. All stuffs are very friendly, especially Stella from Front desk and Boss Lau help us a lot. They are very kindhearted and friendly to all guests, I will definitely recommend this hotel.

if hotel can offer dinner would be better. it’s a little bit far away from city center, but for exhibition is a good place.

I come here when I have a concert to go to at IMPACT (so far I’ve stayed here three times) and the staff as always been welcoming and accommodating to my needs. They take me to and from the event and it’s helped me so much. I recommend getting the rooms with the jacuzzis. It’s a wonderful way to relax during the stay. I’m a person that loves watching TV so I love laying in the comfortable bed and watching on their big flat-screens. The staff even remember that I’ve been here repeatedly, given me treats and have thanked me for supporting then. I definitely will keep staying here when I have more concerts to go to.

I loved every minute of my stay! I came to Thailand to see Stray Kids play at the Impact Arena and the drop-off service provided by the hotel made all the difference! Not having to worry about transportation was amazing. On top of that, the room was great! Comfy mattress, huge TV, huge bathroom. The staff was so nice, too! It was truly lovely and i recommend this hotel to everyone who's looking for a place to stay near impact.

If you are going to attend a concert at IMPACT Arena, this is one of the better options. Great value for money. I stayed with my family last June for the AgustD concert. The room was huge — there were four of us in the Family Room, and there was enough space for each of us. The bed and beddings were so comfortable; we all slept soundly. We were not expecting the breakfast spread to be extensive, but it was. TIP: Book a room with a jacuzzi, and bring bath bombs. :) But more than the room and the food, it was the way that the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable that really takes the cake. The free drop-off to and pick-up from IMPACT was awesome enough, but the owner also dropped off my companions at the train station going to Chatuchak. At the end of our stay in BlueTel, he also drove us to Bangkok (for a fee that's equivalent to what it would have cost had we taken a cab), dropped us off at our next hotel, and showed us where to go for sightseeing, for eating street food, and for enjoying the rest of our stay in the city. Hospitality at its finest. Thank you so much!

I love the location was near at the concert place. The hotel even have a one time shuttle service to Impact Challenger BKK yay! Love the breakfast buffet and the rooftop place. The staff are friendly and accommodating too. Room was big and comfy with the large TV and clean bathroom.

Staff kindness: 10/10 Bed: excellent TV : smart TV. Can watch Netflix, YouTube... Roof top pool : good view, clean water. Air-condition: new one Breakfast: set menu(everyday changed)-very good Everything is perfect. But, there is only one minor defect. Refrigerator is very small. Cannot keep 1.5L water. The best of 3star hotel in Thailand. Some restaurants and shop : 150m I will stay again.

Really cute eclectic property that doesn’t quite fit the surrounding area…don’t worry when you roll up through an industrial area lol. Staff was so friendly, the drop off service for Impact Arena was fantastic and organized. The breakfast on the roof was lovely and impressive with the options. The rooftop pool looked so inviting but we didn’t get a chance to enjoy due to our plans. It’s quite far out of Bangkok proper but we didn’t mind that as it was quiet and we stayed due to a concert we attended. Convenient to DMK if you’re flying out of there….about 15 away.

We booked it because its relatively close to the airport. Location is meh, but we didnt need more.

Loved the genuine hospitality which is the core of the hospitality business, unfortunately rare these days. It percolates down right from the MD (Mr. Than) to everyone I came across. Special mention for Stella, she was everywhere and always smiling. Ham (his nickname) was also pleasant and helpful. I dint feel the "language barrier" that we normally have in Thailand coz they made my stay so comfortable. Wish there are many more like them in this hospitality industry.
