The breakfast had a great selection, better than other hotels, such as several types of eggs and sausages. The room was very clean, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The location is great, there is even direct access on foot to the airport from the hotel

The bathroom is small, and the sink is outside the bathroom, inside the room itself. The bathtub is visibly worn, with gray staining in the tub bottom and peeling of the tub surface. It seems out of place as everything else in the hotel looks good. Despite this, I would still stay there again, due to all the positives

my husband and I visited family in Boston and arrived after 1130pm Thursday night walked to the hotel, which was truly only. a 5 minute walk and arrived to a very clean and quiet room. we slept so well. the next morning we picked up our rental. for our early return flight, we returned the rental car after having a full day visiting family, and then flew out the next morning. we knew the TSA line would have no wait, with or without pre-check. it was so incredibly relaxing, and we saved a lot on rental cars. this is my go to hotel in providence. thank you very much. and by the way, that young lady knows how to make those eggs, I travel quite a bit and its hard not to brown the scrambled eggs, hers were perfect. the bacon was also just right- I really appreciated her efforts. ( a young African lady, try to thank her please)

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Best one by far yet that I have experienced. Rooms were nice, but I can tell certain spot were cleaned. Like the toilet seat and floors. It still had old urine stains on it and floor still had hair on it. Our mattress on the king always moved around. Nothing was securing it in place. We did have a problem with one of the housekeepers when asked for new bedding and a change of towels. She said she couldn't give them to us because our room wasn't on her list to do or give. So, I called the front desk, and the Housekeeping Manger came up to delivered them to us personally.

I feel like housekeeping could do a little cleaning and scrubbing. Parking issue. No where to park. 2 lots closed off

This hotel is a free 3 minute ride from the airport which is very helpful after flying all day.Then we shuttle back to the airport in the morning to get the rental car. Very clean, modern looking, quiet & spacious room. Bed was also comfortable w/plenty of pillows We did not do breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

The woman at the desk was fabulous. She was welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. Please let her know that. The van driver was courteous and we appreciated his assistance. The breakfast was great and the work space adjacent was thoughtful to provide. In today's world: it's people who are kind and thoughtful that matter.

We walked over to Bertucci's for dinner; a bland, loud place BUT that is NOT the hotel's problem.

I enjoyed the breakfast very much. There was a good variety of options. I found it to be fresh and delicious. Staff worked throughout the time that I was there keeping everything neat and well Stocked.

The location was very handy and easy to find. The breakfast was amazing. Far surpassing many other hotels that I have stayed in and it was endless. You didn't have to be there at the start, food kept coming.

Everything was great! Facilities, staff and comfortable beds. The only thing that was crazy was the barn door for the bathroom— it was super hard to slide on its track and is nearly impossible for most people with average strength and difficult for those with less.

Coming from PR for the first time, and not knowing where I was going to stay, I followed my instinct and when I saw the hotel's sign at the airport, I made the call! I was not expecting anything in particular, just a shuttle from the airport to a place where we could rest from a long day of travel with my two teenagers! Richard was so kind to drive us to the hotel, bring our luggage in, he let us know he take us anywhere within a 3-mile radius...That was when I knew I had chosen the right place!! We settled into our room and first thing we noticed, how clean and comfy it was!! then it was dinner time and Emily oriented on a few spots for dinner, Chris took us there, picked us up and took us to the nearest mall. Success!! Now let's talk about Jennifer (manager), her charisma, the beautiful way she welcomes her guests to the hotel!! So helpful and resourceful (I think she will know who's writing this review ha-ha < that girl from PR who mentioned how amazing had been my stay) simply amazing!! This is the type of people you want to meet anywhere! Breakfast was served!! all the employees, every single one of them exceeded my expectations with their way of helping us and providing everything we needed during that time. If you ask me, I recommend staying here 100%. Our cherry on top, Richard took us to Providence, our next stop and made sure we made safe into our hotel. I am so great full I met this crew. Very good breakfast with lots of different seating options. Overall hotel was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable.

There was a musty smell when entering the room. Not overbearing and we were only staying overnight so did not ask to switch rooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom was installed in ceiling but not electrically wired so there was a lot of condensation/ steam built up into the room once bathroom door was opened. Poor noise/sound proofing…could hear doors closing loudly in the hallway so if you are a light sleeper this could be bothersome.
