My experience at this hotel was nothing short of delightful. The staff, particularly Ahalm at the reception and Taher, were exceedingly friendly and always had a welcoming smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Moreover, the location is absolutely stunning, offering picturesque views that are simply breathtaking. Special thanks to Ahalm and Taher for their exceptional service and warm demeanor. I look forward to returning to this wonderful location in the near future.

I must point out a safety concern regarding the bathtub in the shower area. The step to get into the bathtub is quite high, which could pose a potential danger, especially for seniors or those with mobility issues. It might be beneficial for the management to consider installing safety measures to prevent accidents such as falls.

An amazing hotel perfect for couples, families with kids, and solo travelers! All our needs were well taken care of. The hotel features a kids' club, a gym (including a dedicated section for women), and a swimming pool. There’s also a bar and restaurant, one of which is located on the rooftop, offering stunning views of Jeddah. We’re already looking forward to our next holiday at this fantastic hotel!

A comfy bed, friendly of the staff, the nice view of the sea view and my kids love the kids club in 1st floor they are nice with them and so friendly, the good thing they gave me extra bed for free and that so generous from the hotel. and the assistant of my room in the hotel (Gopal) brought me a plate of sweet with greeting card really from this edifice I send you my regards and thanks Gopal.

Breakfast was under the expectation and not rate it as a 5 stars, I think they have to innovate the new menu, for example: eggs umlet & yogurt had not good taste & staff in breakfast hall Another thing coffee machine is hard to control to make a coffee in my room, I lost many capsules for that.

The quality of the hotel has noticeably declined. Having visited eight years ago, I was once impressed by its ambiance and upkeep, but now it feels outdated, as though time has stood still. Unfortunately, this recent experience left me disappointed. Additionally, the food quality did not meet expectations.

Such an amazing hotel. Great location, very friendly staff. Dining Buffets are full of variety of delicious items. Spacious well-decorated room (Amwaj). I loved the room being equipped with a special steam room and Jacuzzi. Special thanks to our butler (Saleh), our dining host (Jetou) and the decent smart concierge (Somaya). Was such a great experience hope I`ll repeat it very soon. I do recommend this hotel for all Jeddah visitors.

Danah room, the view, the sunset, perfect for honeymooners and anniversaries. Exquisite Dannah room was my choice, Romantic package and welcome amenities for honeymooners/ anniversaries: real red rose decorations and Bouquet، a cake of your choice, bottle of sparkling grapes, a meal of your choice. Intimate Breakfast in Bed: Wake up to a delicious breakfast. The Dannah room feature a private jacuzzi where you can relax and unwind together. Remember, the perfect stay is subjective and may vary based on personal preferences.

Rooms facing the red sea are amazing. I was very impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the front desk staff and our battler. They all went out of their way to accommodate our requests and make us feel at home. Very comfortable and spacious suits.

First of all , the people working there were all very kind and professional . The quality of the food was very good and great taste as well. The room service is exceptional .

The property is very well situated . The roof swimming pool is just WOW . amazing view of Red Sea , the beach and around .

Location is great. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet at the 1sr floor restaurant was excellent. The rooms were great: clean and comfortable. Swimming pool 👍 ▪️ But the in-room dining is not recommended. It is overly priced for average quality.
