The room was wonderful with a huge window that looked out onto Hershey Park. We could even see a roller coaster from our window! The room was extremely clean and well maintained. The check in and out process was easy and quick. For the past 5 years this has been the hotel we exclusively stay at when we are traveling anywhere somewhat close to Hershey area.

Truthfully there wasn't anything about this hotel that I did not like. Which is surprising since I am usually picky when it comes to where I stay. There was one loud guest staying next to us but sadly that is nothing the hotel can prevent. I also wish there was an upgraded room option that would allow me to bring my dog with me. She travels with me everywhere I go, but since there is a strict (understandably) dog policy I keep her home during these trips. It would just be nice to be able to pay a price that would allow me to bring my furry friend.

I was staying with my daughter and her family. There was plenty of room for all of us in the apartment we rented. We needed a place with a kitchen because my grandson does not like take out food. This place was perfect for our needs and I would definitely stay there again. Friendly staff. Plenty of restaurant options nearby.

We stayed here in winter, but would be an awesome location for visiting all the nearby attractions when everything is open. Walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms aren’t fancy, but are renovated and clean. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Quiet at night, though you can hear trains(no horns).This was our third visit, this is where we’ll continue to stay whenever we are visiting the Hershey area

The heater was noisy when it came on. Also, people should know the amusement park creates noise until it closes for the night. No big complaints though

Would Have liked To Have Stayed A Couple Hours More To Rest For Our 3 Hour Drive Home. With A 11:00AM Departure After All The Walking In Hershey Park The Day&Night Before, Being Handicapped And A Sr. Citizen. And, Due To Our Very Late Arrival Friday Night Cuz Of An Illness And A Handicap Driver Needed To Drive Us To Hershey, Pa. In Order To Make Our Paid In Full Trip. The Office Only Offered It If, We Paid, An EXTRA 25.$ PAYMENT! Disappointed ☹️

We stayed overnight in room 17 for a concert, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was absolutely adorable. The decorations felt like a fun and unique Airbnb. Everything was clean and we appreciated having a mini fridge, microwave, and a decent size waste basket. I understand that in this motel all the rooms have unique features and decor. It was very quiet in the nighttime, despite us having people next to us on both sides. Great stay!

The bath towels could perhaps be updated, but they were completely clean and did the job just fine. They didn't really bother us, but I can see some picky people unfairly rating this property because of something silly like that.

Nice little, kinda quirky, vintage motel, on the main drag in Hershey. Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. The rooms up closer to the street might have more road noise, we like a room further back. Our room was very clean, comfortable beds.Good coffee in the lobby. Walkable to Duck Donuts, CVS, lots of little shops, restaurants, etc.

Noise is the only real downside to this property. You have the Main Street in the front, and Hersheypark roller coasters right behind. I can imagine it’s pretty bad on summer nights. You can hear people in nearby rooms and outside. We had people yelling and kids screaming, I’m pretty sure they were jumping off and on the beds in their room. If you don’t want noise, choose another hotel, otherwise this is a lovely little place.

I loved the space the apartment provided for my family. It was roomy enough that we all had some sense of personal space. The photos on their website do not do the actual room justice - I was expecting to feel like I was staying in my grandmother's guest room filled with cabbage roses and 50 year old furniture. It was more updated and had a "home" feeling instead of a classy alien feeling. Everything was very clean - beds felt nice to be in, bare feet didn't get dirty, the corners were free of webs and smutz that accumulates during quick cleaning.

I would have liked to bring my small dog for an added fee

We stayed one night in one of the two bedroom apartments. Staff was very friendly and accommodating at check-in and check out. I was not sure if I would need it, but they were willing to work with me on a late checkout or a last-minute second night. Beds were very comfortable, and the sheets were to my liking (but may not be to someone looking for super plush high-end sheets). For two bedrooms, the pricing was great. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay here again. One unexpected occurance, the TV in the first bedroom and the TV in the second bedroom are separated by a wall. If you changed the channel on one TV, it changed the channel on the other TV. Since we checked in later in the evening, it was not a huge issue for us.

This is an older hotel and it shows in the decor and carpeting, lots of wear. Window air conditioners were very noisy and there was a lot of external light pollution in the front b3droom.. Apartment came with a full kitchen, plates and coffee cups, but no cookware and no silverware.This was not a problem since we did not plan any cooking. In our unit, there was a step down to the bathroom. This was not clearly marked and could pose a trip/injury hazard.

Stayed here before and appreciate the quaintness and location very much. The rooms are sizable and the decor suits me.

First room we were given smelled terrible (like urine) though it appeared clean. I tried airing it out but it was just too much. We were given another room on the second floor and it was as it should be. Smoking is allowed right outside the office which is not appreciated. My son and I both have a high sensitivity to cigarette smoke.
