I was there for the Diana Ross concert with a friend. I liked how the concert venue is in close proximity to the hotel. It was easy access getting there from the hotel, just a short walking distance and the show was great!

Traveling from New York, the drive there was long. However once there becoming acquainted with where to park and finding the hotel. However, from walking around I became familiar with the facility.

This hotel is an architectural marvel. The lobby was a wonder! All of the the amenities, fitness room, pool, are well maintained and new. However, if you happen to observe a plant based diet, you are out of luck! The hotel only offers food in room service. There is no restaurant in the hotel. So if you want to go out to eat, you must venture off to the casino, or the food court. I am sure most of their clients have no problem with this, but for us, breakfast was taken in downtown Bethlehem.

The rooms were great, the TV was nice. The casino was really nice I loved the food court they had a nice selection. The kids zone was the dopest part of the casino for me(Darnell) my wife vibes on the games in the Casino.

It was difficult to find things to do outside the facility and they needed more outlet stores. The things for the kids were closed on Saturday, it was the labor day holiday weekend and also my son and I Birthday weekend.

It’s a neat location with views of the river and steelworks. We had a nice reception upon arrival. We were given two free drink vouchers at the hotel lobby bar, Mixx. Drinks were great and a really nice spot. The room we had was lovely, clean updated and comfortable. The casino was nice too, a good amount of slots and the layout is good, easy to get from one side to the other.

Room was clean and smelled fresh. Quiet place to relax Definitley an upgrade of what was before...

Could not locate any bottled water to drink, need to go down to the outlets to purchase...coke machines were empty of water...

Beautiful new lobby and hotel bar. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and provided robes, slippers, water bottles in the fridge. There were no glasses in the room. Only Styrofoam cups were provided for coffee. We called room service and had two wine glasses delivered. They were quick to reply and glasses were still warm from being sanitized.

No complaints.

Clean Good selection of places to eat Ate dinner at Urban Table- food was exceptional Nice selection of bars-had drinks in MIXX and at Steelworks- bartenders very cordial

The lobby was freezing cold. The check in ladies had winter coats and fur scarves on

Valet, to staff to casino was great- heck even won a few dollars at the slot machine

Needs a non-smoking section in the casino - its like a smokestack inside there - but that's typical of all PA Casino not just this one.

Location for Xmas Market is excellent. Setup of the resort is nice.

Two guests and towels for one. Plenty of room for toilet and shower. Pretty small for the rest, which was open to entrance and bedroom. Mobile could not be mirrored to TV.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. All needed amenities. Great location.

Room was not available on arrival and we weren't notified when it was ready. Had to revisit check in. As an older traveler, I felt unsteady using shower (slippery and swinging shower door). TV would cut out periodically.
