We have very old and dear friends living in Bethlehem PA. This was the first time that we stayed at the Fairfield Inn while visiting them. It was such a good choice! Our room was clean and comfortable. We received a gift bag with water and snacks when we checked in. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available in the lobby. Then we discovered how great breakfast was in the morning! There was a wonderful assortment of items, both hot and cold. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of tables and chairs. Someone was there to refill things and keep the area neat. We had a really great stay at the Fairfield Inn and plan on making it our first choice for our next visit.

Hotel staff-SUPER Polite—Extrrmely helpful- Jonathan and front desk personnel were very hospitable. The kitchen staff at breakfast ( a gentleman) kept that buffet hot and stocked and the cafeteria was immaculately clean. He was very polite and accommodating. Stayed 2nites-am really not pleased with the room being tended to every 2 days-the housekeeper I spoke with was very nice and polite-Not pleased with this trend in the hotel business.m,as rates still increase with less amenities. The TV -old and dated and should be updated.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great.

I found the location hard to find in the dark…even with my gps . I also found the front entrance to be a bit odd. You had to walk down a short hallway and the front desk was ‘tucked’ beside the hallway and the elevator was right there too. The architect did a poor job of room flow. Our particular room was stuffy and warm. We set the heat on 69 thinking that would be good for a December night. . On night 2 we turned the AC on and slept much better.

The staff was always pleasant when entering and exiting the hotel. The staff during breakfast hours were happy and pleasant. The room was smaller than anticipated but it was clean. Didn’t have any complaints. The hotel was clean throughout. It is about 15 minutes away from Dorney Park (the reason for our trip). There were lots of malls, restaurants, movie theatre, and stores in the near vicinity.

The pool was closed for a large part of our stay. I chose this hotel for that reason because my daughter is a mermaid and loves to be in a pool whenever on vacation. She was able to enjoy it for a bit when it was open, however, I’m assuming another guest was throwing a pool party and there were so many grown kids (teenagers) who were not mindful of my small daughter swimming and were so close to almost hitting her (with themselves or the football they were playing with). The location was okay. I overheard planes flying over our hotel early in the morning and late at night.

The property is centralized in a great place, because it’s near the airport and near a closet that is in walking distance where you can go to CVS, Applebee’s, a deli, and Bank of America to name a few. Marriott is always clean and the facilities are great. The breakfast is better than most with waffles, bagels, toast, muffins, you name it. you can’t go wrong with a Marriott.

I wasn’t sure what it was but as soon as I open the door to room 305 I was hit with a pungent smell that was close to the smell of weed. I believe it was the installation of the brand new air handler in that unit that was causing that smell, but it was very pungent. also, The fridge door was hard to open, so the whole fridge would come out of the cabinet. I had to hold the top of the fridge and then pull open the door in order to open it, but it kept things very cold. Other than that it was a great stay.

we have never stayed at a Fairfield Inn. This hotel will become our “go to” in the future. We loved it! We were staying to go to Wind Creek Event Center for two concerts. Thus location is extremely easy to get to,and a quick drive to the concerts. The breakfast was substantial and delicious and hot. The staff were efficient and professional. I do not have a single complaint. We will stay here for all our concerts at the Wind Creek!

Left @ 4:30 AM.so no breakfast. The room was clean and very nice. Restaurants close by. Staff were excellent and shuttle to airport at 0430 was very nice. I would recommend this location to others

Sink and tub drained very slow otherwise very good stay

Good variety of restaurants & shopping nearby . The hotel was very clean & staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was small but had nice variety. The floor I was on was very quiet. Location is next to highway but the noise didn’t bother me & my room faced the highway.

There was nothing I really didn’t like, but possibly because I was not there during peak summer vacations and only had a one night stay.

Breakfast was good - weekday hours could be longer - to 10 AM 7 days

Refrigerator needed defrosting. The refrigerator was not firmly in the alcove. For handicapped a note that a shower bench would be available via the front desk.

We absolutely love Fairfield Inn and Suites! The staff is so friendly and attentive to the guests needs. The breakfast is fantastic… with a huge selection! This is UNLIKE any hotel in the area. We always try to book this hotel when we stay in Bethlehem/Allentown. We love it!
