The break could have been better. They didn’t have any meat. They could have had scrambled eggs and sausage. They only had oatmeal no grits. However what they offered was good.

location was fantastic, likely the best in Lufkin! Value is spectacular. This hotel is for a minimalist like myself. Everything was great nice clean the rooms aren't that big but that's okay. It served our needs the breakfast was adequate. For $80 what do you expect great value that's what I expect!

It would have been nice to have a clean pool to swim in but this is the time of year where they cut that back. There may be two more weeks where the pool is open anyway.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Decent variety of breakfast items, but personally not a picky eater! Rooms were clean and very spacious! Located in a great area with a few restaurants and store all around. Including a restaurant right next door you can walk to!

The friendliness of the staff is exceptional. The location is convenient to most restaurants and shopping outlets. The property layout provides a safe stay with plenty of parking available.

The breakfast could be stocked better during the weekend. The available food items ran short. The juice machine should be fixed if it does not provide enough in the refrigerator as an alternative.

La Quinta has one thing going for it DOGS STAY FREE - Downtown San Antonio does not abide and this one had a check in for pets - $25 a piece - We ignored it - our two dogs are well-behaved They enjoyed the hard-boiled eggd

Friendly staff all the way around! Vending machines in the lobby provide the best value and selection of 12 ounce can sodas only $1. I would be proud to own this property and commend the owners for their diligent efforts maintaining, upgrading, and remodeling this hotel. The ratings will soon reflect this.

There are no issues to speak of at this time.

The location was great, quite area and good access to local restaurants and downtown. Great value for the price, clean room and bath, plenty of towels and cloths. The staff I dealt with were friendly and made us feel welcome.

The room was clean and cozy. There was free WiFi and I was able to sign into Netflix and watch a movie with my husband after a long day of traveling. The continental breakfast had many options. The price was great for the quality of the room. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a clean room and a comfy bed

The curtains in our room that block out lights and people walking by (we had a ground floor room) were too short and u could still see into our room with all the curtains shut

very pretty lobby, staff was kind, pretty and clean room, the most comfortable hotel bed i just sunk into, most hotel beds are hard, delicious free breakfest, convenient parking by my door

pool was closed and dirty on a hot summer day, two of my lamps and plugs didnt work in the room only had one light or bathroom light to use, no laundry
