On the first night, I believe her name was Lisa working the front desk was super kind. When she saw I was there for my wedding she made sure to congratulate me & was very nice. Devan at the front desk was also very helpful answering my questions about the bistro and offering the market as an alternative. I was thankful for his friendliness. I liked the market options.

The bistro's hours during the day on a week day were a little inconvenient but I understand that is probably due to slower business.

Nice hotel for a small town.

Looked like mites or bed bugs on one of the queen beds. Also hair. Also crumbs right at the edge of the bed on floor. Sticky telephone keypad. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash fell off the wall so the glue was still on the wall and the bottles with extended brackets are sitting on the shelf. Was disappointed I didn’t get a complimentary bottle of water, which I normally get at other hotels. I had to be a Marriott top tier member to qualify for a $1 bottle of water.

Very clean and comfortable and super friendly and helpful check in staff! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Easy access to a shopping center and several restaurants.

The shower head wasn't moveable and the position wasn't good. The toilet was very low making it a challenge for my elder mother to get up and down from it.

Facility was great, friendly staff and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet.

The restaurant was not very good. For breakfast, they were out of so many ingredients there were only a few things that could be offered. And no cream for our coffee, what Starbucks doesn't have cream. Staff stood around and talked when there was a Meijer's less than 100 yards away. It was very disappointing.

The room was huge and very clean! Very comfortable king bed!

Impressed with the large modern bathroom until I took a shower....the half glass wall did nothing to stop water from going ALL over the bathroom floor! And I was looking forward to using the wall-mounted body wash dispenser only to find it EMPTY -- after I had stepped under the spray!

Beautiful building interior & exterior, stylish lounge & bar area. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed & loveseat. Really appreciate the grab bars in the shower.

Description includes a microwave & mini fridge in the room, however there’s never a microwave in the room. Not sure why?

what can I say bout This place. one is was very clean the rooms was a nice Size and the location is the best . I had the best time there . the the food at the starburst is so delicious. the leisure area outside is so romantic, and the price is great for the stay

We missed breakfast both days we stayed by about 5/10 minutes. We did have dinner and drinks both days and it was really good. The dinning/bar staff was GREAT!!

Wished breakfast lasted a little longer.

We were in for a short stay for a graduation. The property, facility, and room was meticulously kept. Nice outdoor areas with flowers, seating, and a fire pit. My 4 year old grandson said I did good!

the washing machine didn’t work but the staff was wonderful and refunded the money.
