The Staff were the best. Everyone was smiling and very accommodating. It felt like, we're all friends! Cause the staff also try to engage in conversation with the guests, which I find really nice. Facilities and the location were perfect. Sky pool , the resto and the 2 bars were just perfect in place. The location was just also convenient to everywhere. It is a property that makes me wanna go back again!

Just small problems like the AC in the room had water leak and there were also ants on the bedside table. And just a suggestion, maybe it would be nice if they stop the vendors from invading the beachfront area, where the sunbeds are, so the guests could really relax in peace. We had a dinner buffet and we found a fried fly on one of the food. As their apology, they gave us just a glass of cola, (just for the person who had the plate and since we did not acquire the unlimited drinks)

Great location. We stayed at this property for 15 days- pool access room. All the staff is great and very friendly and professional. Room was spacious, modern with a comfortable bathroom.

The breakfast does not include espresso/ cappuccino. You have to pay for it. This is expected at 5 star hotels - even lower category hotels include this in their breakfast at no cost. Gym has very limited schedule- which make it’s hard to have access during your vacation. Also it’s crowded when open cause the gym is limited . Never seen this at a 5 star hotel where you don’t have proper access to the gym. The main road to hotel is a disaster - a dirt road full of pot-holes . And if it rains it’s not walkable. Hotel should take initiative to get that fixed.

Genuine smile and great service of Raymund from the reception, he deserve to be recognize and he is one of good example of a true hotelier. He assisted us from reception until he dropped our luggages in the rooms.

The lady from reception during check out, as I suggested to the FOM, she must learn how to approach the guest. No matter how great the hotel is, if the guest service is poor it will affect the guest satisfaction.

The hotel has a beachfront location. The rooms and bathroom are spacious, beds and sheets are very comfy. The room amenities including AC, the fridge, safebox, furniture are all in good condition. The room, bathroom, the tube and shower was very clean. The housekeeping visit the room upon request. They always made up the room on time as requested. The staff including ladies in the receptions, the boys in the restaurant and in the pool areas, and the staff taking care of the rooms work really hard to maintain the satisfaction of the hotel guests. It was a very good idea not to provide a plastic bottle of water, but instead water dispenser are located in the common areas and you could fill in the jugs and bring to your room as much as you wish. The pools are very well maintained. The buffet breakfast has many choices that satisfies both Filipino and international tastes. The hot dishes change from day to day so you do not have a feeling that you eat the same all the time if you stay more than just a few days.

Well. The access to the hotel from the main road on the island is a bit tricky. You need to know that the narrow path with PNB in the corner is the one who leads to the hotel. After the rain there are lots of puddles and wandering dogs. It is dark when you get there in the evening. It is however very safe and quiet compared to the walkline along the beach. We have always taken this path instead of walking the beachpath in the crowd of touts and pickpockets. The airport transfers offered by the hotel is extremely expensive. If you are the foreigner with a little knowledge of the local reality, you will always prefer to organize your transport on your own.

Great location. Close to lots of food options and a short walk to DMall. Right on the beautiful beach front. Great pools! Staff were so friendly. A great family vibe. Well organised transfers. Breakfast buffet was overflowing with options. A big shout out to Ace who always looked after us at breakfast time. Ace was so kind to our 3 year old, friendly, welcoming and always willing to serve. Also a big thank you to the security guard (Quinoñes) who was so kind and friendly to our 3 year old son. We felt we were being so well looked after and he always made an effort to put a smile on our sons face.

Boracay is busy so the resort itself is bustling. It is a busy place, lots of noise, loud music at times and you can hear the peoples footsteps in the apartment above you. Our room fridge didn’t work which meant we couldn’t keep any drinks cold.

I like that it’s in front of the beach. Restaurants and bars are also very accessible. The room is clean and comfortable. The view from our room is also good. The staff are all approachable and accommodating. They’re the best. I also like the sky pool and the pool on the ground. Above all, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet so much. It’s one of the highlights of the stay. The food are so delicious and fresh. Just ask the staff for whatever you need. I had a great experience. What an enjoyable 4 days 3 nights at Hennan Palm. I did not expect that there will be a P2,000 deposit per night of stay. It’s good though that they accept credit/debit cards because some people don’t carry so much cash. But I realized that I also like that they ask for a deposit because I was able to buy drinks on the pool bar without bringing my wallet or cash while swimming because they can just charge it to the deposit. It’s very convenient.

breakfast is something we always look after to. Hennan Palm serves good breakfast that's why. room are well-maintained and the bed sheets are clean. they change ours every time. love the housekeeping of hennan :) pool is one of its highlights. this is why we really made sure to get the pool access room. maybe a little more improvement on cleaning it, it has regular maintenance every morning but i can still see debris floating in the pool area. but overall it was tolerable.

I booked a room for me and my friend and we stayed 4 nights/5 days. The beds were very comfortable and room was big enough for us and our luggages. Bathroom was clean, has a bath tub, shower and enough space! I loved the balcony and how easy it was to get around the island since it is located in the centre (station 2) Staff were very accommodating to our needs and they were friendly as well. Restaurant was nice. Delicious food and desserts! We enjoyed the outdoor seating!

We happened to be there when there was a group of people partying on the 1st floor, they were staying at a pool access room. We stayed on the 6th floor and we could hear them CLEAR AND LOUD, VERY LOUD. They were drunk and yelling for hours! The management lacked control until other guests had to get involved. It was night time. If you are looking for a resort to relax with quiet environment then this resort is NOT for you. Most guests here are either group of friends wanting to have a fun time or families with children! Now, imagine the chaos. Our room didn't have an electric kettle and tea bags/coffee. For someone who likes to drink hot tea early mornings, I was a bit disappointed. Would have been nice to enjoy a cup of tea on the balcony.

The amenities are excellent, the beach is just a few steps away from the backdoor of the hotel and the gym and spa services are one of the best.

The breakfast didn't cater for the International tourist and mainly focused on Asian food and pork.
