The room was small but spotlessly clean. A little noisy from the street outside, but OK with the windows/shutters closed & effective air-con. A perfectly acceptable double room (we stayed in Sara 4), nicely presented with comfy bed & vaulted ceilings, making it feel slightly less confined. The location was excellent & very close to the main sights in Siena. As with most older buildings in Tuscany there a quite a few steps to climb to the apartment. Just as a side note to fellow travelers - On arrival make sure you follow the directions given by Paradiso Accommodations when you book & do not follow Google maps!

When booking accommodation we set the booking.com filters to include parking as we had a hire car. The parking for this apartment was quite some distance away outside the city walls & a fair climb uphill on arrival. The free parking was full & we had to park in the pay park at Garage il Duomo, although there was a discount code available from Paradiso Accommodations who manage the apartments. Obviously a booking.com issue & not the fault of the company managing the apartments, but good to be aware of.

The apartment was in central Siena which made it easy to walk to all areas of the city. It was well-equipped, and spotlessly clean, and it was serviced each day if you wished.

There was nothing to dislike. One comment: although it was helpful to be able to leave our luggage at the office when we arrived early, when we collected it there were no staff present and the office was open to anyone. I would advise not to leave anything like a laptop there.

The building is very located in the city centre of old town Siena. The room as well as the bathroom are a bit small, but we stayed for only one night, so it wasn't much of a problem. Wifi worked just fine. Breakfast was not included. There is no parking in the property and we couldn't find any public parking nearby. It took us about 15m walk down the hill (or up!). We had no contact whatsoever with the staff. Everything is managed through codes sent in advance.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is great. When we decided at the last minute to extend our stay, the staff was very helpful.

This seems to be part of a group of B&Bs in Siena and there is no on-site check-in staff. This results in many emails with rules and instructions, that some may find irritating or baffling. Also it’s at least one flight up and no elevator.

Clean room with comfy beds in a fantastic location. Only a few minutes walk to both the Duomo and Piazza del Campo. There was a kettle, mini fridge, safe & hairdryer in the room. We had a window overlooking the street and we were there during the week of Palio, quite often horses and parades would pass below and we had a perfect view! Would definitely stay here again if I return to Siena.

Location was excellent. We had a courtyard room which was very quiet even though the b&b is close to the campo. Fridge, safe and coffee making facilities all good. Cleaning staff were very helpful.

It was difficult to contact the manager. We had a problem with lights not working on the last night and they did not respond until the next morning.

Room was lovely and the location was great! Bed was really comfortable, and toiletries were well stocked. Instructions to get in were easy to follow so was very straightforward to check in.

The mini fridge was on but not working, so everything was kept warm. Also very noisy outside even with shutters and windows closed. Luckily I had earplugs on me to be able to sleep.

perfect little place in heart of siena !! loved location and loved this city , we booked another night while we were there so switched rooms and faced the street instead of court yard so it’s a little noisier but it’s the heart of Siena so it’s expected ! voices carry so bring earplugs to sleep if noise bother you!! parking is close , and Fred if there’s a spot or you can pay on a nice parking garage close also !! I would definitely come back !!

Great location, 3 mins from Duomo, close to lots of places to eat and to shop. Comfortable room with good facilities. Communication very good and check invery straightforward

Potential to be a bit noisy at night. I spent 3 nights during the week and only had this experience one night

It was perfect! Very clean, very close to everything. The room was quite big and we've had everything we needed. It was a surprise for us when we saw we also had a kitchen. Simply perfect!

The mattress was uncomfortable for me, but everyone has different preferences
