Comfortable, clean and captivating views. Great gym and pool area. Would highly recommend. Perfect spot if you want to be slightly away from the hustle and bustle of centro. (Also Uber is really cheap and ideal to get you from a to b) Bath tub over looking the views 👌🏼

Used the hotel restaurant for breakfast 1 day (we didnt have it included) - although it was very tasty, £30 for 2 burritos was sliiightly expensive in our opinion. (But still tasty)

We enjoyed a five-night stay at Akem Mind, a relatively new hotel that exceeded our expectations. Room: Our spacious room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Rooftop pool and gym: The rooftop terrace pool was a highlight- beautiful with cristal clear water and with the convenience of ordering drinks and food to enjoy poolside. Gym was great as well. Dining: While breakfast was satisfactory, lunch and dinner were exceptional. The dishes were flavorful and nicely presented. Service: The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Special thanks to both Manuels and Dorian for their exceptional hospitality. Location: The hotel's location is ideal, with numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance. The Gran Museo del Mundo Maya is very close, the city center is a 10-15 minute drive, and Progreso Beach is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Overall, our stay at Camino Real Mérida was exceptional, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent hotel. This is my 2nd time staying here. The customer service is wonderful. The hotel and rooms are clean and very modern. The bed is very comfortable and the room is quiet with very good soundproofing. The air conditioner works well for the Merida climate. The shower has very good water pressure and hot water. I also loved the bath. I had to work during my stay and the wifi has a very good speed, it worked well for me. Breakfast is included in the price, great options from cereals, fruit and hot foods. Good service from the restaurant staff. I never ate in the restaurant at night time but I would consider on my next stay. Highly recommended. A beautiful hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Aken Mind Hotel in Mérida! The hotel is clean, stylish, and very well-maintained, which made a great first impression. The parking under the hotel is convenient and made loading and unloading luggage easy. The rooftop pool was a wonderful spot to relax in the sun, and the views from up there were lovely. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. The king-size bed was comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, perfect to start the day right. We stayed here with our 2-year-old, and it was very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A special thanks to Javi, who shared insights about the city, Dia de Muertos, Mayan culture, and other nearby attractions. Thanks to him, we got so much more out of our visit and learned more about the area. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mérida!

Amazing hotel in a nice location. Friendly service from check in and check out staff, and also restaurant staff. Hotel and room is spotlessly clean with new furnishings. Room has a Lavazza coffee machine and pods, they also include a little pastry. I thought that was a nice touch. Room was quiet, and has a very comfortable bed, The bathroom has a huge bathtub and rain shower head. They also include organic shampoo, conditioner, body products from a local Yucatan company. In the morning there was a buffet breakfast with fruits, juice, cereal, bacon, eggs, hot cakes etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Beautiful. 10 stars.

I would just say to note that reception is on the next level. You need to walk in the door and go up in the elevator. That was the only very minor issue.

It was conveniently located, nice rooftop ( could use a bar there or service )

I reserved the relax room but did not get the Lavander salts to use in the tub also no mini fridge

Wonderful hotel,great staff,free parking available,very tasty breakfast included with different choices, perfect accommodation for our family of three.Every day, housekeeping. Loved it.I am giving 9 out of 10 only because a 10 could be considered impossible to be reached .

It's a little too far from downtown,not walkable distance. But this was our choice ,to stay away from noise. AKEN has perfect soundproof.

This is my 3rd time staying here. Great customer service, wonderful room, comfortable bed, and it has a bath, which I love. I love the toiletries in the room from a local company called Yucatan Senses. Strong wifi and very quiet room, with good soundproofing. I only noticed on this stay how amazing their rooftop pool is. I will definitely go for a swim on my next stay, An amazing place.

Nothing I didn't like.

A very modern, stylish and comfortable hotel. We loved the cosy beds and the X-Box plus big screen in our play room. Beautiful pool with a fantastic view on the roof garden.

From the north side of.the hotel (where all the double rooms are) you have a perfect view on the building's A/C unit with a couple of giant fans that are constantly running very noisily. Hotel offers free earplugs in the room - you will need them.

The facilities are brand new and they really invested in interior design. Staff was friendly and helpful

The breakfast was included. However I would not have breakfast in the hotel again because food in Merida is fantastic and wasting a meal in a continental breakfast is not worthy. Location is on PROLONGACIÓN Paseo Montejo so it is NOT walking distance from any of the touristic attractions
