Good location, walking distance to the town centre with shops and restaurants and also a supermarket. Bus stop also just outside the hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations. From the size and cleanliness of the room to friendly staff and friendly guests. There was very warm, relaxed atmosphere at the hotel. Nice and quiet, perfect for relaxed holiday The staff were very attentive. Breakfast and dinner always delicious. The pool with thermal water changed every two days and also a spa centre with lovely treatments by Gabriella Big thank you to Andrea at the reception, Fiore and his team at the restaurant, Gabriella, Antonio at the pool and last but not least Antonio in the roof bar who not only served possibly the best Aperol Spritz :-) but also was able to create very tasty, sugar free, diabetic friendly cocktails. He was the first barman ever who not only didn't refuse to make a sugar free cocktail but put his heart into creating some nice concoctions :-)

There was no power in the room when the key card was not in (we were absent). That meant that the fridge didn't work at the time. However, this wasn't really an issue as there was a note from the management informing to contact the reception if there was any need to store anything like medication etc in constantly low temperature.

Very attentive and accommodating to dietary requirements (celiac), exceeding expectations. The waiters were all friendly and attentive during meal times. Andrea at reception helped us explore the island and gave us great recommendations of things to see and do. The nightly rooftop entertainment and bar were fantastic, and the pool and amenities were great. The rooms were clean and easy to access. The cleaning staff was friendly and quick to respond to our needs.

The room key was required to operate the lights, AC, and fridge, which meant that all of these turned off once we left the room. It was uncomfortable to return to a hot room with no cold drinks after a hot day exploring the island. The third bed was very uncomfortable.

Everything about the stay was amazing, Andrea and Nic were fantastic hosts and we decided to stay an extra couple of days as we fell in love with Ischia. They upgraded our room to the sea terrace and we just had the most wonderful time. The breakfast was delicious and our hosts were so helpful in providing bus tickets, arranging scooter hire and giving general advice on how to get from A to B. The hotel is spotless with a wonderful thermal pool and lots of areas to lounge in the sunshine. If you are looking for somewhere to stay on Ischia I doubt you'd find better hosptality. We also very much enjoyed the hotel cat!

Nothing, it was a perfect stay

The property was so beautiful with plants and greens all around. The owner was so friendly and helpful. Made our check in a delight. We even got an upgrade. We left our overnight bags at the hotel after check out and got to use the facility till 5.00pm. There’s a lovely restaurant on sight which we had breakfast and dinner. Bus stop right out front of the hotel. It was perfect. The pools was warm In and out.

Couldn’t get food outside of meal time.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and flexible with our odd-hour plans. The thermal swimming pool area was exceptional beautiful. It was well thought of with a lot of cozy corners. anyone with any preference could find a spot that works for them. The thermal water was so clean and well maintained. The staff were constantly going around and cleaning everywhere. There was a free live music entertainment in the roof top after dinner which was exceptional. The dinner was also really delicious. They provide free parking and there is 24-hour frontdesk. I mention this, because a lot of places in Italy state that they have it, but they do not. Every floor has an extra terrace equipped with sunbeds as well, that you can enjoy anytime. The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable.

My only complaint is that there was no information to help travellers know about the hotel. We had to ask where the pool area was as it is not near most of the rooms. Also there was no information about pool towels.

Staff were great, Very helpful, how to get round the island, busses and that. Room serviced daily, very clean Great view from the roof terrace. The pool and area was immaculate Pool bar was great after a dip. We ate most nights in the Restaurant. It a was fine with a new menu every day. We would definitely go back if we return to Ischia.

Local dogs were a bit noisy and the passing traffic if you were on the balcony. Other than that it was perfect.

The hotel was perfect, and the staff there also are excellent/helpful. There was a great rooftop where they organized parties at night. Parties every night with a great singer, a great bartender, and great management overall.

There wasn't anything in this hotel that we didn't like. Maybe some of the people who work in the hotel don't speak English. Everything else was great.

Joe and Andrea were fantastic, they helped me with tour guide, restaurants and maps around the island, they even helped me find another hotel in Naples to beat the storm and make my flight. I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything was spotless and beautiful, I had a good expectation but this exceeded that, we had a 3rd floor room with a terrace and it was beautiful sat and watched the most beautiful sunset, lovely friendly at attentitive staff. Would highly recomend, and would stay again. Shame we were only on the island for one night.
