We stayed with our 5-month-old baby, and we absolutely loved it! The staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to help, but not intrusive. The hotel feels very safe—you can leave your belongings and go for a swim without worries. - Spacious rooms, comfortable with a stroller and a baby crib (better to ask in advance). - Excellent cleaning service, always spotless. - Delicious food: plenty of meat, fish, vegetables, and fresh juice every morning. Lots of love to all chefs 🩷🩷🩷 - SUUUUPER amazing house reef right on the property! We saw an octopus (Fred!) and tons of fish. - Multiple pools: heated, kids’ pool, pool with a bar, and a quiet pool. - Cool water park (but across the road), we didn’t find it right away. - Big daybeds on the beach—very convenient for families with babies. - The bar is great! The beer is actually good (verified by german husband). - Nice, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly guests.

- There is a shallow beach area, but the water is only knee-deep. The main access to the sea is from the pier. - The animation team felt a bit uninspired, and activities were repetitive. - Many people on the beach offering paid activities, but the “Do Not Disturb” flag helps. - If you have a room facing the pool, it can be noisy until 11 PM due to evening entertainment. If you prefer quiet, choose a garden-view room. - No shops nearby, but we didn’t really miss them. There is an aquarium within walking distance.

My husband, 30 month old son and i have just returned from an 8x day stay, and what can I say....Amazing!!! All of the staff from the cleaners, bar staff, animation, reception, and guest relations couldn't fault 1 thing..... every one went out of their way to make our holiday great..... The self serve restaurants and the al a cartes there is something for everyone with lots of choice ....our toddler loved the main restaurant as there was a kids seating area with kids food and a TV with kids films or cartoons to keep him entertained. In the day the weather was between 25 to 27 most days the temprature dropped at night to around 12 to 15 so recommend you take jackets (this is expected for this time of year)..hoodies etc to keep warm.... Kids entertainment was great, there is a kids club through the day and in the evening a mini disco.....then entertainment for all of the family afterwards. Bars on the 1st floor above the main restaurant have lots of big TV's and showed a lot of footie although you can get the footie channel in your room ...... Main pool was heated and was like a warm bath.....the other pools were a little chilly as not heated but we were more than happy with the main pool...entertainment through the day with fun and games going on from volley ball on the beach, aqua aerobics etc....if you want to get involved..... There is a lovely jetty at the beach that you can walk along and go swimming / snorkelling in the sea at the end of it or chill and relax on the seats...... Summing up.....brilliant holiday and gutted we are home, thank you to everyone who made our holiday amazing and we defo will be back 😉

The resort is beautiful and in a great location. The staff starting from Mr. Hassan abdullah ( head of restaurants ) and Mr. ibrahim atta (reception) to the smallest waiter were amazing and very friendly and respectful. Excellent Quiet Pools and it's maintenance. Beautiful Planted flowers and greenery. Room quality and space was excellent ... house keeping on time and professional. Multiple bars available indoors and outdoors with comfortable and enjoyable seating areas. Moroccan restaurant experience was exceptional with a set menu of good food and a great live belly dance show and great music and atmosphere. Sea food restaurant ( Culina ) and Asian indian restaurant ( L'asiatique ) is of acceptable atmosphere and menu quality,

The resort didn't allow any editing to the booking made without extra fees that equal one night stay ( we tried 3 days before arrival time through booking and through phone calls but neither were accepted without fees) The resort's Main restaurant menu was of good quality however it didn't change through out our 5 day stay which was getting repetitive. Menu needed more Variety especially in lunch, dessert and pool snacks. The Aqua park is only 8 games (4 of them only for adults ) and are of okay quality. The Aqua park and tennis court is in the next resort (Beach albatross) and we were allowed access. The gym needed maintenance. The Night shows were short and of okay quality and it needed more variety.

Attentive and friendly staff. Good choice of food. Numerous terraces and halls where you can eat. Heated pool which was necessity in February's chilly weather. The hotel was clean and very well kept.

Spa is a disaster. They sell you massages that they don't provide. I was given shorter massages than agreed, and not done with much of engagement. Quality that I was ensured of when it was being sold to me was much lower than massages I had in many different countries around the world and higher in price than in Europe! On one occasion the person giving me massages complained about her salary and on the other that her hands are tired. The bed was not covered completely and I had to put my hands on the bed. Once after using the towel my towel was rolled back and put together with other fresh towels.

very friendly staff, huge facilities , great view , really everything you need out of a resort. food is good and there is good variety. the resort is exactly what you’d expect from a 5 * facility in this price range. there are much better and much worse 5* resorts in Hurghada

internet is very bad, at most you get 1,5 mbps. mid day and evening activities are way too loud and there’s no escape from the loud music. not everyone wants to dance or swim in foam.

My family and I were so satisfied with our recent stay. Everything was perfect. Rooms were spacious and clean. They were a variety of restaurants. Kids enjoyed it so much. There were snacks all the day on the pool and the beach.Everyday there was a night show. We never felt bored there! The aqua park was great for adults and children! All the staff were trying to help you before you even ask! We have been to different resorts in Asia and Europe, but this was the best customer service we've experienced so far. Sure we will come again! Thanks to Mr ibrahim at the front desk, Mr, Ali Samy, Mr.Hassan and Mr.Mohamed abd Elghani in food and beverages. Thanks also To guest relation coordinator Ms.Asmaa and all the staff behind the scenes who were making sure that our stay will be memorable .

poor performance of animation team the previous one was better, also one of them was little rude when he was inviting us to play water volleyball.

This was my 3rd visit and I may return again. Best staff ever. Worth mentioning Mr. Essam who helped my old mother big time to get her meals without moving too much, also room service were exceptional. Overall they are very friendly and really want the guests to enjoy their stay.

The property was a very very good choice for me and my familiy. The food was ecxellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They worked nd tried very hard to make us comfortable in many ways. Nearly all the staff was speaking English. The rooms was large , comfortable and very clean.

My only complaint is the diversity and serving of alcoholic drinks. All the drinks were unknown local brands. And the cocktails were not at he western standards. A serious improvement is needed. After this improvement the facility will be absolutely excellent.

What can I say, I think there is a reason why this resort has 9.5 score. It is a great value for money. First time I see such helpful and polite personnel! We arrived very late and they called me 2 times the previous day to ask what food we want them to prepare and when we arrived around 23:00 they had dinner prepared in our room. The same happened when we checked out at 04:00 to go to Luxor, they prepared breakfast to go! There was plenty of food almost 24/7! Especially dinner was amazing. Using the Aqua park from near hotel ads up to the already nice pools and facilities although the water was very cold and we did not use it. Room was big, nice and they were cleaning it daily. The plan was to go with our kids but due to a visa issue we left them home so we don’t have experience with kids but I guess would be amazing. Also next time we will choose other dates and not between December To February as we couldn’t enjoy all the pools and the sea. The heated pool was ok but the kids heated pool was a bit too cold (we had no kids but we just tried the water). We liked the green, the palm trees and the overall resort. We even visited Pickalbatros white beach as it was our alternative and we just visited it to compare between these two for the next time and we were happy with our decision to stay at Palace. The White beach may have better quality restaurants from what we saw, but no green areas at all and no trees.

If I have to say something, as a suggestion, the spa was way too expensive, when you have option from other city spas to pick you up and drop you off with 20$ including 45 min massage I don’t see any reason hotel to charge 120$ for even less than 45 min massage. But it’s up to them, maybe when they are full (if I am not mistaken they have around 600 rooms) they find enough clients. Lunch could be a little better (compared to dinner). I think next time to Hurghada we will stay 3-4 days again to this hotel and maybe for a change we will try also another one as there are so many resorts.
