The first thing I loved when I entered the hotel was the aroma. The hotel smelled great and very clean, and the receptionist was very friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was big, and the bathroom was very big, the bed was very comfortable, and the price was reasonable, I highly recommend.

Location TV is in, the room of 2 bed only the person who sleeps on 1st bed with enjoy watching TV, I didn't like it usually TV supposed to be in the middle.

This hotel was by far the nicest one I’ve ever been to. All spaces were clean, comfortable, well organized, and functional. We had to get a suite with 2 queens and a trundle bed because we have 3 children. It was big enough and had all that we needed. The breakfast was exceptional-hot items, to go items, and Buffett style. The staff was over the top friendly! 100%. I am all about customer service and they exceeded my expectations. My daughter thought that she left her AirPods in the room and when I called to ask them if we could come back to look, the staff member said they would go check and call me back. We went back to look and the staff went with us to move the furniture. Needless to say, my daughter find them in her bag, but the staff went and looked twice for me! Overall, it was very pleasant.

General manager Lisa yilmaz very unprofessional her demeanor nasty as if she owns this hotel however I have booked here 4 times prior each month try speaking with her about mistake made by staff basically said I'm not ever welcome book there so contacted cooperate settled whatever her intentions were make me feel not welcome

I had a Booking.com reservation for $144.48 the hotel charged my credit card $158.70 of which $8.00 was for ice cream.. They overcharged me by $6.00 and when I questioned it they said TOUGH. It appears that a parking charge that was not there when I booked or when I stayed the first night 3 weeks earlier plus other fees. I would like a refund !!!

Nice open common spaces. Large room. Comfortable bed. Shades had guides so light was blocked but also could leave a slight crack at the bottom so I could see at night. Nice bathroom. Breakfast had multiple add-ons for yogurt or cereal. Hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs were good, nice carb selections. Good enough coffee.

I would like a hand-held shower head combo. Another hook for a towel by shower. The couch was hard and didn't have enough cushions for a comfortable sit while watching TV. We used the bed pillows for cushions.

The air conditioner blows directly at you while sleeping, and unfortunately you have to have it on because it will be too hot otherwise. Architecture should have known better. Bathroom doors need to be more private. Breakfast was okay, not the greatest but the lady up keeping it kept it up nice. Charging $3 for parking is a little far fetched but whatever.

My booking was 142 and I have to pay 170. I don't understand !!!. The hotel person was supposed to return the excess money to me when I checked out, but this did not happen!!

NOT ENOUGH LIGHTS IN THE ROOM. Very hard to see if you forgot something and in order to ‘light’ up the room if you dropped something you need to go all over the room to turn on the lights… ugh. The Bathroom Barn door is frosted Glass and across the bed… turning the light can disturb the other person sleeping.

New, clean,.super comfy hotel rooms and facilities. Breakfast and workout room available. Parking was safe, well lit and easy. The outdoor space was nice to enjoy food and relaxation in between work..rooms have large desk and power stations along with a great TV, comfy bed and mini fridge, coffee, microwave. Shampoo and conditioner are built into the shower wall which was great. The only unsatisfying part was the front desk attitude upon arrival. Jo was rude and told me that my room was being checked to ensure it was available at 5:30pm. Her aggressive rude attitude was a huge turn off but as a professional I overlooked it and moved on. Hospitality these days isn't always charming.

I love the location in relation the the Army Base. They style and overall look of the hotel was great. The free breakfast in the morning had a great spread.

My son was the first to take a shower the first night we arrived. the shower water would not drain and started to flood out of the shower. He lifted the drain guard and we found a disgusting glob of black hair clogging the drain. I had to remove it. The towels we were given for the shower were also covered in the same long black hair. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom.
