The administration put a lot of care in your wellness

The restaurant is not at the level of the hotel. The breakfast with few options to eat. The dishes dirty in general (cups, plates, etc). One day they put plastic cutlery. On the other hand, the food there is ridiculously expensive, so the service and food are not in harmony with the price.

The lobby was attractive and welcoming. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The reception staff was very friendly. Really appreciate having a refrigerator and a safe in the room. The location was perfect for our visit - less than one block from The Senate where we saw a concert. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

There were some stains on the bed linen that gave the impression that the room was not 100% clean. The daily $16 parking fee was rather high - should not exceed $10 per day for self-parking. The on-site food prices were also high.

The breakfast at Ruth’s Chris was excellent , the front desk was very courteous & friendly helpful, as well as valet parking crew ! Rom was very clean & amenities were great

I would prefer seeing (old fashioned !) room service menu in room (scanner works but difficult for me to see entire menu & share with partner on cell phone)

It’s convenient to everything around USC. Facilities are clean and the pool is great.

The staff member that checked us in was not the friendliest. We hit a snag in our travels and our room was not ready when we arrived.

Close walkable distance to food. Easy drive for other points of interest.

Asking to check in early was not met with kindness. Usually there is a room or two available by 11:00. Did not check to see just matter of fact states, none rooms are available by 4:30. We traveled all morning and would have loved to freshen up before event.

I liked the easy check-in and checkout process; the staff was very nice and welcoming during both. The parking garage was easy and convenient to access. We also liked the room especially the pillows, they were so soft and comfortable!

The coffee in the lobby was truly disgusting! One of the glass sliding shower doors needed a little tweeking, it would get off track, and as soon as you get it back on it would take off and slide into the shower wall real fast and hard, which could possibly shatter it

I stay in many cities during the year and different hotels. I have been to this hotel 7 years straight. This hotel is on my top 5. The lobby, bar area, and pool are top notch.

The bathroom tub is becoming aged and fissures are starting to fall apart. This is minor. This would be my only complaint!

Very clean. It was nice to have direct access to the hotel from the parking garage. Staff provided excellent service. Room service was nice. Great location.

For some reason, I was told the breakfast was not included in the price, even though it was at the time of booking , we ended up walking to another restaurant for breakfast. A little disappointing and embarrassing at the moment , I showed them a screen shot of the confirmation email when we got back stating the breakfast was included, not sure what happened, the receptionist apologized .

The restaurant Ruth Chris was way over price for what the brought out. $60 for cheapest steak with no sides included? The sides were Burt(Brussels)and the spinach tasted like heated up frozen. My wife’s salmon was over cooked.
